Arrived as a walk in and only had to wait 15 minutes , Molly looked up the tests I requested to see if there may be a package ,unfortunately not.
She talked me through how the results would come to me and timescales , took my bloods without problems , she is a lovely lady and an asset to your team...thank you Molly.

Could not have done any better, A very professional nurse who took the blood sample. Results came on time. What more can you ask for. Thank you, ONE DAY TESTS.

The phlebotomist was very informative and explained to me how I would receive my results, and how and what to look for. I must say i barely felt the needle go in. The results came through very quickly and everything was just as she had described.

I had a hormone blood test and it was not fit for purpose and unusable. The test results for one component were so ridiculously high is it obviously falsely raised and the sample has become contaminated in some way. I’ve asked for the company to contact me twice and I have just been ignored. In the end I have put the payment in dispute with my credit card company. An appallingly dishonest company. I would not advise using them.

From booking on-line, receiving their confirmation email & having the tests done, it was so easy. I love the fact that the reports are detailed & arrive in your inbox & can be found on your individual dashboard for reference & sharing too.

Received all 5 results in 1-2 days with pointers for improvements & could access a GP if required. They are much cheaper than BUPA & Spire and in my experience, more thorough, and much much quicker in getting results back.

I would highly recommend them. The nurse, Holly, was also caring & considerate & took the time to show me the dashboard & reports layout. Amazing end to end.

Will definitely go back in 3-6mths & now my husband is going for the important tests for prostrate, diabetes etc It’s all so easy.

I had a very positive experience at the One Day Test Clinic in Leeds. The staff were extremely friendly and gentle, and they took the time to explain everything about my blood test and the results in advance, which really put me at ease.

The price is quite high for a regular person, in my opinion, but if you need quick testing and professional care, it’s definitely worth it. I would choose them again without hesitation.

Fantastic. The nurse who took my bloods made me feel so relaxed. There was a big comfy armchair to sit in and she even offered me a biscuit and water after. At no point felt rushed. I also got lost finding the place in Leeds so I phoned up and the lady on customer service was absolutely lovely. Immediately put my blood test back 15 mins so I didn’t have to stress and helped me find the place. I have already recommended it to 2 people and will continue to do so. No hesitation to do blood tests in the future there.

I was a bit nervous, but Holly/Molly ( too scared to listen properly) was brilliant. She put me at ease straight away with her competency and kindness. Knowing that the tests would be marked "need attention" made it easy to read through the results and see what wasn't in the healthy realm.
