Excellent service, well pleased 🩷

Great service, got the results on the same on the same day.

The location was difficult for me to find at first in Canary Whalf because I came from the longer train station walk to get there which in that area can be a nightmare if you are not familiar with this location. But what I will say which is fantastic. Having failed to find this place once on the above . I was able to cancel 15mins before because I knew at that point . I would never find it . That for me in those circumstances to have access to that was brilliant so I did not lose out financially. The nurse I seen was also brilliant and professional and super friendly . To top it off . I also got my results that same evening from my appointment at 2.30pm which is just fantastic. My results were very clear & some of the results I was aware of prior anyway because my underlying health condition. Would I recommend this company . Most definitely and will be using there services again .

Following an urgent need for blood tests, the speed at which I found a clinic and had my test was quick and efficient. The staff were great and more importantly I had my the majority of my results within 12 hours and the the rest within 24 hours.

I had a great experience at One Day Test in Canary Wharf. The service was quick, professional, and very well organised. A special thank you to Helen C (Phlebotomist) who was friendly, reassuring, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I’m not the easiest to take blood from but Helen C was excellent. Thank you.

Helen C is a fantastic phlebotomist. I have baby veins that are very deep and hard to find. She found it in the first try and managed to take blood sample successfully. I am super impressed by her skills as I can count on 1 hand the number of phlebotomists that managed to get in on the first try.

Helen was great! There was also no pain when she did the blood test. Would recommend!!

Helen at Canary Wharf was exceptional!! Previously had bad experiences with blood tests resulting in a real anxiety over them - it once took a nurse 4 tries and an ultra sound - but Helen was quick to put me at ease and found a vein instantly without even feeling a scratch! Over and done within 20 seconds and a real relief.
