14 day wait for result
Sent lots of requests to find out my result - I finally got a reply after leaving my one star review here. I waited 2 weeks to be told it had been lost in transit and never made the lab. I was then offered a repeat test free of charge or a refund.

Hi Heidi, You particular blood sample was tested by our partner lab. As our Customer Service Team has discussed with you we have communicating with the Lab daily with a response. In the end we offered you two options, a full refund or a retest free of charge as a gesture of good will for the inconvenience you had faced. Kind Regards.

I arrived a little early and was seen straight away. A good repore with the phelbotomist and blood test made with any problems and without haste.

Excellent
Excellent, very fast service and very easy to read the results through the dashboard. The dashboard gives you plenty of information so you can discuss with your gp if you have any concerns. Only thing I would say is my tests showed a few areas with cause for concern but after visiting my gp apparently the NHS work to different parameters so all was fine.

Very Professional
I was very impressed by the quality of the staff. She took blood from my arm and within a few hours and there was little sign of where she had done it. Much better than my NHS experiences. Showed great professionalism throughout. First results came through in a day despite my blood being taken on a Friday.

Easy to book and friendly staff!
After my doctors cancelled my appt on the day- I needed to have bloods taken that day.
Really easy to book and really lovely stuff who put you at ease immediately. A lot of people struggle to get blood from my veins but they got it first time, pain free! Would highly recommend.

A waste of time and money
I had a wasted 4-hour, 120-mile round trip to the Cambridge clinic because their phlebotomist failed to draw blood from me, even after waiting an hour and drinking 1.5 litres of water on top of the 1.5 I had already been drinking that morning. Admittedly I am sometimes difficult to get blood out of, but I have never in 70 years had anyone give up on me. Onedaytests at least refunded the prepayments in full, but I'd prefer to have the results I was after.
UPDATE: Apologies for saying you did not refund in full. You did, and I have amended my review accordingly.

Apologies for the inconvenience, but a few clarifications from us. As per our offering we refunded you the full amount because the phlebotomist could not take your blood. You were refunded for clinics and the tests. We don't charge for anything if we cannot take blood, this is part of our service and you received a 100% refund immediately.
We appreciate that it is not ideal when the blood is not taken, but it does happen. As you say, you are difficult to bleed and we are not in a hospital environment. We have strict rules on how many attempts we can make before we have to stop. Our phlebotomists are very well trained and they do not fail often, in particular the phlebotomist that attempted to bleed you has many years of hospital phlebotomy and surgery experience.
In the next few months there will be a clinic nearby and we would be happy to save you time, we appreciate you driving for this long to be able to use our service, we are extremely good at what we do. If you wish to use us in future, please do not hesitate to book.
