I had some challenges with sizing because I'm kind of on the cusp between sizes. I ended up ordering the too small size, but received excellent support and assistance from Tiffany. She helped me get sleeves in the correct size and now I'm finding it really helping with my knee pain.

The knee sleeve I ordered was too large, and when I inquired about exchanging it I expected to be directed to repackage the item and ship it back (often at my expense) as online companies usually do. Instead, a lovely person named Dale promptly responded to my inquiry and said he'd be happy to send the correct size. That's it. Nothing required of me. No repackaging. No trip to the post office. Just assurance that the company stands behind their products and wants their customers to have a positive, stress free experience. The new sleeve arrived today and has already provided relief. I am looking forward to a restful sleep and a pain free morning.

I ordered a size 2X and found that it was too big so I contacted customer support asking for an exchange. To my surprise they answered quickly through an email stating that they would send an XL and that I could keep or give my 2x to someone else that might need it. This is perfect customer service because now I will be telling everyone what a great company they are. Thank you.

I measured carefully and ordered 2 medium ankle supports, but they were too tight. They shipped me 2 large ones, then told me to pass along the mediums instead of returning them. Excellent customer service! The knee sleeves are wonderful. I am wearing them almost all the time, including overnight. They feel great and offer good support.

I purchased a pair of knee sleeves. I measured as directed, but fit was not right. I contacted Customer Service and Jean assisted me. She asked questions, and provided suggestions. After working through my issues with the size I ordered, it was determined that I needed a larger size. Jean ordered the larger size and had them sent to me at no charge. And, I did not have to return the original pair. Jean was so professional, and very prompt with responding to my emails. The knee sleeves are providing great pain relief while I sleep. A great product. A great company to work with. And, Jean is an excellent customer service representative!

I am very impressed with one compress for the quality of their products. Although the compression socks did not work for me, I do have five knee sleeves
that help me sleep better at night. I really appreciate Dane for the help I was given. It helped my experience to be a very positive one even though the compression socks did not work for me. I would definitely try a different product, knowing the quality that I have received and the customer service also.

My onecompress came in and I tried it on but it was too small and it was rolling down. I let the company know that I wanted to exchange it. They were so understanding and they let me know they were sending me another one free of charge and I didn't need to give the other one back. I was amazed by how they were quick to respond back, fixed the issue, and nice and wonderful they were.

I bought 3 sets of knee sleeves and love them so much I bought 3 more sets! I sleep in them and wake up with less swelling and pain than I have in a very long time! I have both osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis and I also had a meniscus repair and an ACL repair on my right knee. I’m no stranger to pain but these sleeves do help me be more comfortable.
