I bought both a large and xtra large leg sleeve not knowing how they would fit. I found out that the large leg sleeve fits me perfectly and I experienced a pain free night the first time I wore it. Justine from the customer service department was extremely helpful in getting the xtra large leg sleeve exchanged!

Great fitting, comfy and love wearing! They're soft and supportive. Have worn just a couple times and enjoying so far. Had to give them a washing yesterday after working in the yard all day and can't wait for them to dry! I feel like they really gave me more energy and my legs didn't feel as tired after. I ordered the knee sleeves and found that the size I ordered was too tight. The company reached out to see if I was satisfied with my order, so I mentioned that I had tried to sleep with the sleeves on but they were too tight. They INMEDIATELY responded and sent me the new size I needed. I am very impressed as I’ve never had a company so quickly respond and offer to correct the situation. I highly recommend Onecompress.

I contacted customer service about holes in the heels of my pair of foot sleeves. I asked about a refund or replacement… and they said it was more than the 60 day warranty… and they offered to sell me another pair with a 20% discount. Not a way to get a positive review!

The products are amazing. After years of knee pain, I thought I'd give the bamboo knee sleeves a try. My knee pain was gone almost immediately!
The shipping was prompt, the items were exactly as described. I was so pleased that I ordered a second set!
I accidentally ordered the wrong size on the second set, so I reached out within hours to correct the size error. My original order had already been fulfilled, so they weren't able to change them. However, after getting my request and seeing that it was too late to change it, they graciously agreed to send the correct size, at no cost, asking that I send the incorrect ones back. Customer service at it's finest!

Justine was the best. She checked to see how I liked the bamboo knee sleeve. When I told her I thought it was tight and that I should have ordered one size larger she sent one right out to me. No charge!! When I asked about returning the other one she suggested I give it to a friend or donate it! Great caring company. So glad I tried the bamboo sleeve. My knee never felt better!!

The socks were too big. Their sizing does not take into consideration foot width. They did offer me a smaller size but these did not work either. When I asked for a refund they tried to get me to take a percentage refund of my cost. Luckily I had my original receipt and saw I had paid for free returns. When I brought it to their attention I was given a full refund. They knew this all along as the original receipt was returned with the refund notification. Not the way to treat a customer.

I had seen the advertisements for these knee sleeves all over FB and thought I needed to try them! Glad I have, my knees felt relieved right after slipping them on, I could walk a little better and get up a little better. I have Osteoarthritis in both knees and have tried other knee compression sleeves and all did more harm than good. To tight, bunched up at the back of the knees, rolled down. These bamboo sleeves are SO much better! They don't over heat my legs when it's hot out. My work requires walking for 8 hrs a day, so I need support.I will be buying another pair and will look into the bamboo gloves for arthritis as well. Ordering was easy and my sleeves arrived within 3 days. Customer service is excellent!

I ordered the knee sleeves and ankle sleeves. Right away I loved the ankle sleeves as they instantly provided me with the support and comfort around my arch and ankle. The knee sleeves did not fit as perfectly as I had hoped. I followed the instructions on how to exchange them for a different size. The person I spoke to through email was very kind and helpful! She reordered what I needed for me and I received them in 2 days! Totally impressed with the service the employees I worked with and the company overall. As well as the quality of the products I purchased!

Absolute best customer service. Ordered my wife the knee brace. After receiving it she went to put it on and immediately saw it was the wrong size. I was confident I ordered correctly. Went back, looked at order, and somehow I never did change the size. It was a Sunday when I emailed onecompress about this to inquire about an exchange. Didnt expect to hear back till Monday. To my surprise I was promptly replied to on Sunday and chatted back and forth. Initial conversation was to send back wrong one, when received they would send out correct one. I was good with that. When I asked how/where to return they told me to not worry about it. Had correct one ready to ship. Just hang onto the incorrect one. Not only were they friendly and easy to deal with, but I was really surprised to be contacted on a Sunday to resolve the problem that was all my fault. Then to go above and beyond to send us out the second at no charge and not bother with return. I would have had no problem returning at my expense. Been a long time since I’ve dealt with a company online for an issue that was friendly, prompt, and went beyond expectations. Thank You
