Don't believe reviews that they are scam.
I rooted a phone through them a couple years ago and it went smoothly. I recently came back to them to root my Samsung s20fe running on Android 12. Their system said that it can't be rooted.

Obviously if they are turning down business because they can't do it, they're not a scam.

By the way I remember that they gave excellent service. A representative walked me through the whole thing.

So this guys are actually genuine, and very nice mannered and high level of support. I did not get my old Samsung SM-t905 tablet rooted, since it was neigh impossible, but they gave it a go at 3 occations, weeks apart, several hours each time (upwards of 12 hours total). They seem honest and dedicated and I told them I would pay the 40$because they used so much time, but they insisted on me getting a voucher for a root on another device, if I should need such. I dont, but its just really good and dedicated service! From DK.

I used this company once before and they did a good job on my Samsung S8 carried out by Marc. I just recently bought a new one with the KNOX security chipset. Had this rooted
by Moshayed Hossain the rooted went through but the following day i switch the phone on and it bricked. (had not used the night before either)
Even though Dmitry (sounds Russian) sorted the phone by restoring it back to its original state, they couldn't come to terms that there rooting conflicted with KNOX, they also refused the refund.
Avoid at all costs.

I initially saw the fact that remote access to your PC is required and almost gave up because it felt sketchy. I had a fresh Windows install and nothing to lose, though. so I gave it a try - and was happily surprised.

The entire process took a couple hours and the chat didn't initially connect until I typed in 'Hi', but Dmitry sorted me out with absolutely no issues. I guess my faith in remote access troubleshooting has been restored.

In closing, this isn't a scam - It's just a super sketchy-feeling service that actually does a solid and professional job if you give them a chance to do their thing

They are unprofessional and fraud trained people. One time they told me that i can root my phone after i put in my information, once i paid, and then talked to an agent they told me that, i cannot root my phone i asked for a refund. They sent me a fake picture of a paypal refund receipt. It was crazy to see a company really doctor a document and try to steal my money, i recommend not dealing with them at all.

More than 72 hours left since the promise that my refund will be delivered by 48 hours. Nothing... And of course they dont even respond to emails. They robbed me like a pig. Horrible feeling.

They say the card will be debited 72 hours after the successful rooting. No a lie. It’ll be debited immediately once you input the numbers.
Who would trust someone who blatantly lies on their website like this?

Fantastic. It did take 4 hours, but they did Root phone, and helped me lots. Great work!

One click root promised me a refund
They even said they will contact me but up to now no contact yet.

The tech was named Prince, and he was patient and persistent. He rooted my phone, and all seemed well. A couple of days after, I tried to use the phone to make a call, but now it will not recognize ANY sim card. So the telephone part of my phone will not work. I tried to discuss with them and get that part working (it was before the root), but they just wanted me to buy a support package! After 4 DAYS!!
This site is a scam. I have contacted the BBB where they are licensed and we will discuss the whole event. I also have instructed my bank to reverse charges. We haven't even touched on the legality of this yet.

Its total scam, website confirmed that they will be able to do root. After the payment staff name "Navneet" said the root does not exists. Its been over a week haven't got the refund. Total scam.

They used to have a software, but now it is not an app, you test online if your device is rootable, and book an appointment with a remote technician. Also great that they offer warranty and responsive support.

well they rooted it, seemingly correctly, somewhere in january. they give a month of support with it, but by february my support had run out. and now it only boots to fastboot mode. they dont admit any responsibility for this. It is possible they installed malware on my device to brick it after warranty runs out. I am not sure this is the case and if it is, whether they did so intentionally or not. But let's just say i don't recommend going this route.

Just finished my second root this one on my Galaxy S7, today's service was FAST and went with absolutely no problem. My technician Marc is probably the best IT Specialist they have.
First Root was on a Galaxy S5 - worked great ! No Problem rooting
Second Root was my S7 - Absolutely thrilled with the root.

one click root software confirmed to root my phone and there customer support is denying to root phone after payment.

avoid using this software as they are making fool of people.

I have to apologize to one click root, they did refund my money shortly after i left this review i don't feel this review had anything to do with it because the mtter was handled so quickly. So anyone who has read this please disregard my following comments.I should have read these reviews before paying one click root because i like almost every other person that left a review got ripped off. They said they could root my deice then took my $39.95 just to say that it couldn't be rooted.
