At first, I received two boxes and the subscription was really great.

Now I learned the business is wrapping up, fair enough. Though the reviews of good customer service and responses is definitely fake. Haven’t heard any replies to numerous emails since over a month ago. Taken payment at the end of June for my July box - haven’t received any coffee nor a refund.

Disappointed as I thought customer service would be top of mind for a small operator.

Do not buy, their website is still active even though they are no longer operating.

This is a fantastic subscription service of excellent and often hard to source exclusive coffee from roasters all over the U.K. and further afield. It’s a great way to try lots of different coffees straight to the doorstep. Plus a free gift and an interesting newspaper to read too. Service and delivery always responsive and great. I would not hesitate to recommend. 👍

Amazing coffee subscription offering a nice variety every month, and has helped me discover some new favourite roasters! Thanks to One Click, I know what coffee I love and which roasters I’m keen to try over and over again. The occasional little gifts add that extra special, unique touch too!

Great selection of coffee from different roasters all over the UK (and further) delivered to your door on a monthly basis, what's not to like!

I have been receiving the monthly coffee box from One Click Coffee for a while now and it has always been a really interesting selection of coffee. Pollyanna has been diligently curating great coffee for the boxes and you get coffee from two different roasters every month as well as a little extra something, be it food, a little coffee related gift or something else.

Great service, fresh coffee once a month, always delicious, and an extra in the box as well. Newspaper worth a read and very informative about the coffees that you have been sent. Would recommend.

With out a doubt the best coffee subscription service on the market today. I have been a member of various coffee subscriptions for years now and One Click Coffee has been, by far and away, the best.
