I was told they were licensed to remove old paint and stain, when they arrived, they said they couldn't take it. The final charge was far above the estimate and I had to remove the paint and stain myself. Don't use this company.

I texted and was confirmed for a pickup between 3 and 5 pm. I live in El Cajon Ca and that information was input into my request. No pickup.I called and was told someone in authority would call me back. Never received a call.
I have an issue with no one calling me back. You’re based in Los Angeles if you don’t deliver to my address let me know instead of me waiting 2 hours for a pickup.
Awful customer service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Everyone , Jeff, Josh and Rob, at One Call Junk Haul were very helpful, patient and kind under a very stressful circumstance, They came (4 times) to remove personal belongings that got contaminated from mold. From call to haul, they are timely, consistent , professional and FAST! THEY SHOW UP! When removing what you want hauled away, they are respectful of your home, no scratches, to your floors, dings to hallways or doors, i don't know what i would have done without their help. At One Call Junk Haul they sure know how to get the job done! THEY ARE AWESOME!

We had a huge clean before selling a 3-family house. These guys were awesome! Very responsive to deadlines, professional and courteous. They also take items other haulers won’t take.

Snowy, slippery conditions so I definitely cut them slack. Would have given higher rating except for some damage we took to a somewhat low ceiling over the staircase.
