Great service put mind at ease

The lad i spoke to was very professional and good phone communication. Can’t fault his service. I found it a bit of a mission getting to the right person. But once talking to the right person all was good. Thank you for helping me sort this out.

Nothing to do with your staff member (unless he was terribly ill informed) but seems your claims process isn't geared up to deal with claims where no other vehicle or party is involved. I can't believe this is an uncommon situation.

Was a pretty good service except the agent didn't articulate very well and I had trouble understanding some of the things he was saying and had to ask him to repeat a few times

Ver helpful lady on the phone. Clear instructions provided and in a clear and transparent manner. Very please with the service I received from the advisor LA2.

Hilarious bunch of sharks. Just ignore them , a company that has been heavily fined for fraudulent activities doesn't win. Pathetic. And if they take you to court, bore the charges they claim. Different to listed ones ....and the CEO is a fraudulent, heavily fined for fraudulent activities too. Tell them to #### off
