I recently bought goggles for my dog Arlo after he was diagnosed with uveitis. My vet suggested that he wear them outside in the sun. I went online and I found best buddies store and I ordered them through them. Within a few weeks of Arlo getting used to them, he would try to get them off. They are made so cheaply that they scratched super easy. He could see better without them than while wearing them. I tried to call the number on their website and it is a nonworking number. I’ve emailed them my complaint before the 15 days were up and nobody reached out to me.
I bought two pair, one for our home and one for our beach home. I’m now stuck with the worst quality goggles that he can’t even use.
They have zero customer service. They don’t answer back through email. They have a nonworking number as I mentioned, and the products are junk!

Order claimed a 5-8 day processing period. After more than two weeks, the company refused to acknowledge that it was outside the window. After three weeks, I asked for the order to be canceled and my credit card refunded. They refused saying it was too far along in the process. I had to get my credit card company to refund my order.

This rug has brought so much style and comfort to my room. It's a real looker!
