My past experiences with Oneblinc I…

My past experiences with Oneblinc I would rate a 12. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest rate. My current experience I would rate it a -2. I had repeated issues trying to reapply on the website. Multiple associates on more than a few days weren’t able to resolve my reapplying issues. I requested to speak with a supervisor on more than a few occasions. I never got to speak with one. I was told that they were busy and would give me a return phone call. I never received a call from a supervisor. I chatted with their online chat. I was told to communicate via email with their customer care. That communication was somewhat helping. Misinformation given by what I read on the website and what the company’s associates told me was a major frustration for me.

Unfair refinance eligibility

No refinancing for long time allotment customers! I haven't been eligible to refinance since December of last year! Now they are lying and saying they are doing a credit check all of a sudden! In that case; the interest rates should go down if it's for good credit customers! I was really relying on a refinance for school necessities for my child! I have been constantly let down these last few months by them!!!

Funding …

You can give the option of getting you funds in a day. The 3 days or more isn’t a good option because it could be an emergency situation and the company isn’t giving that a thought.
