On Sunday 21 August, 2022 my bank account was automatically debited by Oneamour system for auto renewal of an unwanted premium upgrade.

I contacted the support team immediately to inform them about the incident and they objectively looked into the situation that made it impossible for me to cancel the Premium subscription auto renewal at least 24 hours before the expiration of my active subscription in accordance with their Terms of Service.

My first mail was replied within minutes. Each of my subsequent mails on the issue were also replied within very short time. We had engaging and interesting conversation via prompt exchange of emails on that very day.

Honestly, the support I received from them was excellent. The approach, communication and attitude of the guy who handled my complaints was customer friendly.

On the same day, they sent me a mail that they have issued me a full (100%) refund of the amount debited by their system for the automatic renewal and upgrade of my Premium subscription plan. I was very happy to receive the good new.

Till now, I am one of their happy customers.
