The product quality is low

The product quality is low; it's a cheap Chinese gadget.
The app often freezes, and the watch constantly needs to be kept on charge.
It doesn't show the location accurately.
They are not allowed to be worn at school.
Because of this, we stopped using it, but spent about €200 on a subscription over the course of a year.

It's better to buy an AirTag.

very happy with the watch

very happy with the watch, gps location is accurate and it has the silent time for school. now i feel more relax knowing i always know where my 8 years old is, and its easier to communicate when we are separated. The customer service is also very responsive, manage problem very fast and to their utmost. dont be scared to reach out to them for help.

Don’t buy if you expect reliable device

Customer service just leaves you with your defect watch. Couple of years ago these watches were good. We had no issues with usage and charging. But the new models just stop with charging. Asking for help just result in the helpdesk referring to some procedure that doesn’t work. Advice: buy something that does charge and does give a signal! So don’t buy here.

Happy with their service and product

I bought a smart watch for my son. At the beginning we had some trouble with signal and requested support. I got an immediate response and solution as well. After that, I also made several help requests, they’ve responded within an hour and came up with good solution always. I am satisfied with the quality of the product, but I value their customer service more.

We love this watch for our kid!!

We love this watch for our kid! It gives us a feeling of safety when they have it on. The customer service is excellent. They replied very quickly on our query and did the best to resolve the issues.
We would definitely recommend and refer to use this watch.

Great Kids Smartwatch and Top-Notch Support – Despite Initial Confusion!

We received the One2track Connect Smartwatch for Christmas, and my son absolutely loves it! The features are perfect for kids, and the watch feels very robust.

Recently, my son scratched the watch, and I was unsure if there was a screen protector on it or not. I contacted customer service, and their quick response was very helpful. There was a slight misunderstanding on my part regarding the display layers – it turned out that underneath the scratched surface, there was another factory-applied protective film which I initially mistook for part of the display. After I removed it, the actual display was perfectly intact!
I'm truly relieved and happy that the watch looks brand new again.

I especially want to highlight the friendly and patient customer service, who handled my initial confusion very professionally. A great watch with support that is genuinely helpful!

Sidenote: We are using our one2track in Germany. Works perfectly fine!

I ordered a one2track wrist watch less than 2 years ago. But for no apparent reason, the battery died and is un-rechargable. I contacted the company by email as well as by online form; no response now for over 10 days. So beware. Watch battery may die prematurely, and guarantee service seems not to be working fluently (if at all).

the product itself is good but service is BAD

the product itself is good, but the service is very limited, when you dont use the sim card you need to buy a new one, the account online has no automatic reset for password so you have to email them to ask for a password reset, when you call they are closed between 12-14h and if you close in open hours it is an automated answer and there is no 'hold on call' option, delivery time of new products is also long, so if you are in a rush for trips is not handy, also not all functions advertised are 'true' so when you receive the product you feel a bit 'lied to'...

Absolutely excellent product and exceptionally good service

Ganz hervorragendes Produkt, sehr sehr guter Service.
Die Uhr funktioniert einwandfrei und ohne Probleme. Unser Sohn ruft jeden Tag nach der Schule an und fragt ob er zu seinen Freunden kann. Wir wissen immer so ziemlich genau wo er sich befindet.
Wie wir schmerzlich erfahren mussten ist die Uhr "nur" spritzwasserdicht und nicht wasserdicht. Also nicht mit zum Schwimmen nehmen... One2track kam uns aber sehr entgegen.

The watch works perfectly and without any problems. Our son calls every day after school and asks if he can go to his friends. We always know pretty much exactly where he is.
As we learned the hard way, the watch is “only” splashproof and not waterproof. So don't take it swimming... But One2track was very accommodating to us.

Works but barely

The watch (Move SE) fulfills its purpose: we can see where our daughter is, and get in touch if necessary. It mostly works fine. Unfortuantely, the impression is spoiled by quite a few issues. The biggest two first: (1) The only physical button is so implemented, that when the wrist is bent, the button is pressed unintentionally, and we receive at least a couple SOS calls per week. That defeats the purpose, because by now we stopped calling our daughter back to check if she's fine. (2) A few times, we were in the situation that we needed to call our daughter and were getting "cannot call right now" or similar error. Imagine you allowed your daughter to go for a walk alone, knowing she has this watch, and then you cannot reach her! Smaller ones: Only Latin letters are supported for messaging (seriously, in 2023?) A message can only be some 30 characters long. A voice message can only be some 10 seconds long. And the kid can only read the last message on her watch, there is no way to scroll them. It still seems to be the best option in market today, but the user experience is really subpar.
