The payment system is not ideal.
We are accustomed to paying by bank transfer from an invoice. At the NEC show the person who took my order said that you still have all our account details from years of ordering from you in the past.
Instead your payment system picked up my personal address as the delivery address as that's the address linked to my email address.

Received my delivery quickly with a very efficient courier. Unfortunately one item was received broken but customer service were excellent & arranged an immediate replacement. Very impressed. Love the products, they offer something different to the norm.
