Stay well clear of these hustlers!

I had a consultation with One March about their so-called performance PR services, and I walked away extremely disappointed. Aside from the fact that they showed up late, the entire call felt more like a high-pressure sales pitch than a genuine discussion about my business or whether their approach was even suitable for my needs. There was very little insight, no meaningful strategic input, and nothing that made me feel they understood what I was trying to achieve.

What really shocked me was the pricing they pushed almost immediately: a minimum spend of £3,500 per month for 12 months, plus a £3,500 onboarding fee.

For a company claiming to focus on measurable, performance-driven PR, they provided no clear explanation of how that investment would translate into real results. It felt like they were selling a dream without any substance behind it.

The whole experience came across as pushy, vague, and completely misaligned with what I expected from a consultation. Instead of providing value or demonstrating expertise, it felt like their priority was simply to secure an expensive long-term contract as quickly as possible.

After reading the review below and checking their latest financial statement, I’m not surprised they’re pushing so hard for money.

Stay well clear of these hustlers!

One March Overpromises, Underdelivers, and Won’t Settle Its Debts

Working with One March, Jake, Jack, and Kintija has been one of my most disappointing professional experiences.

I contracted One March Digital Ltd for PR support with a straightforward performance-based commitment: 80 earned media links over 12 months. For six months, almost nothing was delivered. Every month, we were told the same thing: they just needed more time to really get things rolling + lot of publications in the pipeline .

After six months I stopped paying, and demanded a clear deadline. One March then admitted they were severely behind in a video call and asked for almost two more months, until 31 May 2025, to catch up by delivering 25 of the earned links we had already paid for. I granted this extension, and Jake confirmed in writing that:

- They accepted full responsibility for delivering those 25 links by 31 May.
- If they failed to meet this self-imposed deadline, they would issue a refund only for the number of links they failed to deliver.
- This refund would not compensate us for the 6 months of lost time, the delays, or the remaining 55 links still owed.

By 31 May, they delivered just 6 links.

Not just that, but during the months we worked with them they even tried to deliver a free link (from Medium.com) + links that came through EIN Presswire (it cost 149 USD to buy syndication links from 100s of publications) as 'earned links.'

Despite repeated reminders and a final demand, One March has not honoured the refund they explicitly agreed to nor offered a settlement. The outstanding debt for the undelivered links now exceeds €12,000.

Making the situation even more inappropriate, during this period of non-performance and unpaid debt, Jake is/was publicly boasting on LinkedIn and Instagram about their Sunderland football box, and how well they're doing.

Jake is no longer answering emails or calls.
