My thanks to the team at Ondesoft! When an issue came up they replied quickly and was able to help solve the issue.

I would like to express my positive experience with the Ondesoft app, which has proven to be highly user-friendly and equipped with excellent features. Additionally, the customer service offered is exemplary, as they respond swiftly to any issues raised via email. In the two instances where I have experienced a problem, they have resolved the issue promptly and efficiently, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Absolute rubbish. Don't bother. They take your money and then boot you onto the trial version every month after the "renewal" date to which you have to constantly contact the company to issue yet another registration code, which is usually wrong and you get stuck in a back-and-forth email chain where they ask for screenshots which you have already sent. You'll get generic (humanless) responses starting with "thank you for your feedback". They don't care. There are no apologies or promises to do better. Amateurs and not worth the hassle. AVOID!

I sold my MacBook and replaced it with an iMac. All software from the Mac successfully installed and worked on the new computer except Onedesoft Spotify Converter. Apparently I have already used my one activation I am allowed. Why can't they allow the unregistration of your previous machine and register the new device. Several of the software companies have it built into the settings to change the registration to a different device. If you change your devices regularly like I do this would cost a fortune. Stay clear of this company- devious scam artists

When I got a new MacBook I tried to reinstall my Ondesoft Spotify Converter but my serial was activated on my old laptop. (only 1 activation allowed) There wasn't a way to deactivate it and Ondesoft doesn't reply through e-mail or their Facebook page so I cannot use the bought application anymore.

Stopped working so I did not use it for some time, needed to use it again but my key stopped working, my email is not in their database anymore and they stopped answering me, the key I bought wad supposed to work for life, don’t recommend

The worst service ever. Audio converter never worked and Ondesoft didn’t reply or refund my money. Doggy company

Ondesoft stopped working , contacted support to get some help.

They advised I should download a driver to see if that fixed the problem.

Did all they asked me to do, but that didn't work. they then asked if I could send a screen shot of what I was doing. I did this and have not heard back from in 2 weeks.

Sent another email asking what was happening and again no reply.

Have wasted my time and money on this application and really doubt the integrity of this company.

I recommend all to stay away from this organization. They are unreliable and not very helpful.

Added some sketchy ass audio driver called "AudioJingle" (I removed it) and probably gave me a virus too. Plus any songs longer than 3:00 minutes were just cut off

I purchased Ondesoft Music Converter because I needed to convert some music. I got the license key, but due to some personal circumstances I didn't use it for a few months. When I went to use the key to activate the software, the program says "[904] Active Code expired" and won't activate. I went back and forth with support repeatedly, explaining that I wasn't able to activate the software at the time of purchase.

They did not help me one bit! They refused to do anything whatsoever. This is a complete SCAM company and you would be better off tearing your money up and flushing it down the toilet. I can't believe they would treat a paying customer this way. I was never able to use the license ONE TIME, and even though I sent them all my information they refused to do anything to allow me to activate the software I paid for.

Buyer beware - do NOT send them your money. Find a different vendor, ANY different vendor so maybe you can avoid wasting your money like I did.

Buy software to do illegal stuff and get stung. Poor you!

Of course it’s a scam and the software is ropey, and the support guys are probably goat herders in some 3rd world country.

The positive reviews are apparently fake and sound like they were written by whoever does the marketing. “The software is so easy to use and intuitive, I can listen to millions of songs for free”. Yeah, and I ride to the shops on a magic unicorn.

You deserve what you get, so at least in that way they are providing a good service.

Not the speediest software I’ve used but, to be honest it has done the job. Couple dodgy 5 star reviews down there but I guess they gotta cancel out the 1 stars. I downloaded a free version and I’m downloading about 150 tracks. It’s a bit sus but seems to be doing what I wanted so... hopefully I don’t get hacked. Only weird thing was that it asked for use of my microphone 🤷‍♂️

The Ondesoft Music Converter installer for Mac, will not install on a Mac.

The support will not answer any questions.

Had to start case with PayPal to get my money back.

Now I receive spam from Ondesoft every single day. Have asked them several times to stop spamming me, but they dont answer. There are no "unsubscribe" option in the e-mails or account to log in.

Stay away, this is a pure scam, and you must most definitely pay by Pay-Pal in order to get your money back .

FoneUnlocker claims are total BS

It can unlock your phone but won't delete your data, right up tlil the point you have to check a box saying that you are it will delete your data.

Never needed this software but purchased it in case I ever do. Now that I'm testing it months later, I see I was a total sucker for paying them anything.

If there was an option to have the window always on top then I would have given it five stars.
As it is, WOW, what a groovy program.
I'm converting at 320kbps and the results sound fine - no dropouts, just groovy tunes.
I'm using the desktop app and I'm really happy with this program.
If you haven't bought it, then do, make sure the converter app is the most recent and the same with Spotify and then millions of songs are ready to be played on any device.

Highly recommend Ondesoft. Everything was just so easy to arrange and customize.
