On Deck was easy to work with - Briana Evans was great - professional and timely
Jon D'Amico was amazing in explaining the process to me and being patient with me as I read through the steps and pages. I truly appreciate this opportunity to experience On Deck, and I am confident that my experience will lead to more referrals to other businesses that may need the services.
Again, thank you so much, and I look forward to a great working relationship.
My experience was great, Madison Simons was great! I will definitely work with her and on deck again!

Jordan was great. Entire process was fast and smooth with minimal documentation. Handled in just two days. Process was very smooth highly recommend.
My experience was very good. She worked within my time frames. She kept it short, professional, and pleasant. I couldn’t say I could’ve asked for a better experience on my end.

Im a small business who has had a difficult time finding funding from my own banks even though Ive been in business for over 17 years, but most of my vendors are small and do not report to D&B and I do not own a home to take incase I fail. Well, I thought I would see what sort of credit OnDeck had to offer , I figure if I could get some Credit maybe that would at least help me build my business credit. Jordan Bousman was able to get me $23,000. in a line of credit in the same day. Thanks Jordan

Hidden fees took a large portion of my funds , not transparent at all
I want to share my real experience so other business owners don’t go through what I did.
I applied for funding with OnDeck expecting to receive the full amount that was presented to me. However, when the funds were released, a large portion had already been taken out due to fees that were not clearly explained upfront.
What made this worse is that the structure of the deal was not transparent. The way the fees and payments were presented did not make it clear how much I was actually losing from the total amount. As a result, I ended up receiving significantly less capital than expected, which affected my business operations.
As a small business owner, every dollar matters. We rely on these funds to grow, sustain operations, and serve our clients. Instead of feeling supported, I felt blindsided and taken advantage of.
I also later realized that some of these charges may have involved third-party commissions or broker-related fees, which were never properly broken down or disclosed to me in a clear and honest way.
My advice to anyone considering OnDeck:
• Ask for a full breakdown of ALL fees before signing
• Confirm the exact net amount you will receive
• Be cautious of verbal explanations — get everything clearly in writing
• Understand if a broker is involved and how they are getting paid
Transparency is everything in business, and unfortunately, that was missing in my experience.
I hope this company improves how they communicate and disclose their terms so other entrepreneurs are not put in the same situation.
