Purchased an item which was delivered on time and as ordered but arrived damaged. I contacted the company with images of the damage and the response I got was that they had checked with the warehouse and had sent the correct item. The fact that it is damaged doesn`t seem to make any difference.
Think I may be banging my head against a brick wall here.

My advice, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
If things go wrong don't expect any sense from them. For one example, the price they quote you is not the final invoice price. When you pay they will then add vat which will bump the price up. By then it's too late to stop payment going through. Also
I ordered the wrong size, (my fault) don't bother asking for an exchange or return. I did not find customer service helpful at all.

Currently still waiting for an item ordered 9 weeks ago, numerous emails have achieved nothing, they even refuse to tell me which courier service they are using so I cannot investigate further.

Absolutely useless. Ordered a dog molar toy, it took forever to arrive and when it did arrive the tracker said it was still in customs in the US. At no point when ordering (in £) was it evident that it was coming on a slow boat from another country. Also it didn’t perform, contacted the company and they had zero consideration, apparently the warehouse says it has no quality issue, I work in quality and that sort of investigation is not usually carried out by a warehouse. Asked to swap/refund and it’s all gone quiet. I wouldn’t buy anything here again and I hope anyone reading this thinks twice and does not have the same response. About as useful as a chocolate teapot 😡

I ordered Phoebe boots and it looks awful. It does not even look like on their website. Unfortunately, I cannot upload the pictures but please do not order anything from this seller. I contacted them a week ago to get refund and they are trying to give me a compensation of 3$! What a joke! The boots are not wearable, plastic sole and a very cheap material and look. This seller is an absolute scam!

The order i placed ,came incomplete,damaged,late and wrong size and they offered me a 3£ refund mentioning that the order is correct.
I will never ever buy from this website and I totally advise nobody should do it if they care about their money.

Bought boots in December they never arrived. I will update the review if they refund me.

Not even 1 star. Ordered a pair of boots and they arrived damaged. Emailed them to advise and got told that as it does not affect the wear of the product they will not be issuing a refund. The only way I can get a refund is to send the product back to China at a cost to myself and once they had been inspected they would consider a refund if appropriate. Absolutely shameful!

As many many many people have commented. Do not buy from these people. I too purchased some boots. Awful quality. Smell heavily of chemicals. Slow to respond to emails. And offered £3 compensation instead of returning items.

DO NOT USE! I ordered a pair of red boots - look nothing like the image in the advert (instead of maroon think firetruck red) and their quality is awful. Unwearable. Emailed multiple times and while they always respond they are refusing to give a return address.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering, but as it was advertised on the Instagram platform i didn't really think to, how wrong was I, first off I was charged more than what it should of been, although they did refund the difference, the helpfulness stops there, my boots arrived screwed up inside a plastic bag and because the material is such poor quality they were wrinkled and creased, and the soles, wow, never have I seen a pair of boots made with plastic soles 🤯 literally you tapped them and they were hollow, so back on the website to see how i go about returning and getting a refund, they responded fairly quick fair enough, they asked what was wrong and if I would send some pics, which I did, to be then told they couldn't see a problem and to have a nice day 😂 seriously £35 to be told to have a nice day. Lesson learnt.

The boots are the wrong size. The material is like paper.
They were squashed into a plastic bag.
They look nothing like the quality of the picture.
They blamed an issue with their system as they overcharged the original price. They did refund the difference.
They are about 2 sizes too big than that ordered.
They are supposed to have shaped/support soles and are just rigid.
I didn't expect leather and lambswool but the fur is non existent.
Their customer services asked for a picture then told me I had the right ones. Didn't seem to grasp the ones were only vaguely like the picture.
I can't believe I didn't check them out before. A one to put down to experience and use as a reminder to check reviews before ordering.

Be aware of this company - they are scammers!!!!!

We ordered some boots for my wife on the 9th of December and they got delivered Thursday 5th of January. They initially charged me more than they advertised but refunded that amount saying it was a system error. The quality of the boots is rubbish beyond belief and their customer service is non-existent. They responded to my request for a refund with one email and every email since then from me has been rejected by their servers and they must have blocked me. I have tried to respond to their email and also to just send an email direct to their support email address but nothing works and I get the same email cannot be delivered message back.
I have now raised a case with PayPal as I paid through PayPal and hope that they can help and that they will get my money back.

Reading all the reviews this seems to be the way they operate and hopefully I can help people not to fall for this company!!!!

I ordered a pair of boots which took 4 weeks to arrive, and when they did the soles of the boots are plastic. On the website they look like rubber, and nowhere do they actually mention the materials of the boots. They also are not warm, and definitely not suitable to wear in winter or rainy days, you are more likely to fall with the plastic soles. You also can’t wear them on carpet as the plastic soles slide on carpet as well. They are actually not safe boots to wear in any condition, indoors or outdoors.

When i emailed them to say I want to return the item, I am told I can’t because I order the correct size. I never mentioned size to be the issue, the issue is they have falsely advertised a product and I am not satisfied with the product I received, they also said that I can gift it to friends. I really wouldn’t give my friends an unsafe product, I just want my money back for the item, a full refund.

Also when it arrived the boots were crumpled and the laces weren’t even threaded through the boots.

I would avoid this company by all means, stay away, and if you do purchase from them and not satisfied with the product and they refuse to process a refund, report them to trading standards. They are registered as a Company in the UK by the trading name of LANDBASE TRADING Co. , Ltd.

Do not buy from the company. I ordered a pair of boots over a month ago and they arrived yesterday crumpled in a small package causing wrinkles that I can't get out. They were the wrong colour and the overall quality is literally awful. Customer service don't seem to speak English very well and have been generally useless. They are giving me a £2 refund! I have had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. There is certainly no 100% satisfaction guaranteed or 30 day money back as stated on the website. AVOID!

The jacket was nothing like the foto the size and measurements are totally wrong. The price to return the jacket is nearly the same as the cost. Worst customer service ever they are scammers

Scammers! Did not receive product (ordered in October, its January). When asked, they kept saying they were checking. After days we got nowhere. They even sent me tracking number which was wrong and told me I had to contact the courier myself despite giving me a fake tracking number. I reported the transaction to my bank. This was bought for at the request of my father who obviously didn’t read any of these reviews, as it seems scamming with poor quality or just not shipping goods is commonplace.

An absolute rubbish company. Ordered cardigan. Faulty plus not good quality. I can get money back sending to Hong Kong. This is a joke. Please do not buy from this company. NOT RECOMMENDED.
