Late Shipment
I’m awaiting an order, which was meant to be despatched yesterday. The item now looks like it’s due to be available from mid April and there doesn’t appear to be a way to speak with Customer Service in a timely fashion. I bought the slippers for a gift and I’ve got no idea when they’ll arrive.
Rather than simply update the pre-order date on the website, I’d have really appreciated an update on this order if there is a known delay.

We are sorry for the frustration caused. We did respond to your email within 24 hours and sent your dispatch information as soon as it became available. I can confirm that your slippers have been dispatched and should be delivered tomorrow.
The pre-order date shown on the website relates to new orders placed at that time and does not affect orders that had already been confirmed. We do understand, however, that this may have caused confusion, and we are sorry for that.

Very poor quality, cheap and thin
I have been buying sheepskin slippers for years and have bought from many brands. These are easily the cheapest and worst quality. They're very thin which makes them not comfortable or warm. Dont waste your money. Very poor quality.

Top hat seller, no doubt.
I ordered the sheepskin bootee slipper. I was delighted to see they had been made with care and were of a good quality overall.
I did order 2 pairs but one pair was never delivered. I got in touch with ONAIE and they were wonderful, refunding for the missing second pair.
I will have no hesitation in ordering slippers for the summer.

There was a small problem with one of my slippers, but their customer service was incredible, responding and resolving the issue right away.

Genuinely don’t know what all the bad reviews are about… I received my pot luck mule slippers in 3 days and they are beautiful! Lovely quality, real sheepskin, v chic, v fun.

Beautiful slippers and helpful customer service
I am very happy with my slippers and the great customer service I had from Eve.
I have the sheepskin mules in brown and they are really unusual, pretty, well made and feel luxurious.
I did have an issue with the first pair I ordered (sheepskin boots) - they felt too small, I didn't like the hard sole and my foot slid about, so I explained the problem and arranged a returned.
I knew I had to pay for return and could only exchange as bought in sale but I had read the return policy so knew this when I ordered.
(I don't think it's fair that previous reviews criticise this as it is clearly stated if you look before buying).
They didn't charge me postage to send the replacement so I think that is reasonable.
They are clearly a small business and as such, cannot absorb all the costs that the big name companies can.
I appreciate having the chance to shop somewhere a little different, with unusual products and am grateful for any business still trying to offer this in a difficult economic climate.

Unacceptable customer service…
Unacceptable customer service communications and awful slippers. I wish i had seen the recent reviews. All explaining the same issues I am facing. I live in London and their website states they have a base in London so I could just return these horrible slippers with no reason to return via post. I am shocked, with faulty items they think it's ok to imply the customer should pay for return and IF they assess slippers to be ok, (implying customer is lying) can refuse refund only suggesting customer must pay to get faulty slippers returned. How stupid are you???
Response to ONAIE based on reply 23/01/26. I would share with future customers, avoid this business. You'll be wasting money and time if you raise a concern and your money is essentially guzzumped. Awful really.

If it's too good to be true....
Advertised as genuine sheepskin slippers but definitely isnt real sheepskin, just feel cheap. Material had a crease at the toe and has weird semi circular marks along the sides above the sole. Checked the returns policy after i received them which was silly and as no refunds for sale items only exchange. I suspect these are always on sale to make you feel like you are getting a bargain plus unable to refund. Won't order again.

Because the material is natural and not factory-processed or uniform, variations such as natural creasing, markings, or texture differences can occur and are a normal characteristic of real sheepskin rather than a synthetic alternative.
Our sale items are clearly marked at the time of purchase, and the exchange-only policy for discounted items is outlined at checkout. I appreciate that discovering this after delivery can be frustrating, and I am sorry this added to your disappointment.

Great slippers & customer service. I've had a pair of the Lucky Dip ones and absolutely love them. Very cheaply made slippers
Very cheaply made slippers , nothing like the advertised pictures . The slippers are such a bad design and don’t stay
on your feet when walking . The company have terrible customer service . They only offer a credit note or exchange , and I can assure you , you would not order anything else from this company !!

Warm but ugly slippers
I opted for the lucky dip, but the pair I received are not like any of the photographs. The colours do not match and they are quite frankly hideous, the group chat has been in stitches over them. I would return, but learnt I have to pay for return - which on shoes/slippers is likely to be around £5-10. They are warm which is the only benefit, but incredibly ugly.

Ordered on 17th December it said next…
Ordered on 17th December it said next day delivery after I ordered I got a receipt saying pre-order for delivery 02/01/26. I assume they took too many orders. Slippers arrived today and are truly awful a mish mash of colours clearly made from off cuts, crumpled front cardboard thin soles, blobs of glue and I don't think made from natural sheepskin as described. Obviously not going to gift these so asked for a return to be told even though faulty I have to pay for tracked return. Dreadful customer service and horrible slippers. Very disappointed.
Hmm really not impressed at all with the reply below. Customer still has to pay for the return even if the item is deemed faulty 🤔 seems like shady practise to me. Also, lucky dip does not imply the slippers are made of offcuts but that the choice of colour is up to the seller. Still, lesson learned I won't be buying from Onaie again.
Further update: returned the faulty slippers at my own expense using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery. They have been delivered but no refund issued or acknowledgement that they have been received. Dreadful slippers and worse customer service.
