Total con do not use! Never received the watch, promised a full refund and £50 off of my next purchase! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Still waiting for a response and refund avoid at all costs watch was cheap Chinese crap

Ordered a watch on the 4th September was reassured it would 100% arrive before the end of the month as I was out of the country for the whole of October phone arrived the 8th of October and was held at the post office for two weeks before been returned to OTW on my return I contacted them regarding a full refund as they were aware of the return after several e.mails I've had no response and have now left it in the hands of my card provider to gain my money back
Do not order from this company

Ordered a watch in the sale. Nine days later they send an e-mail saying they are out of stock and offering £50 off my next purchase “as a gesture of goodwill” as if they are doing me a favour.

Still haven’t had a refund either.

So no watch and have kept my money for nine days and counting,

Big thumbs down in my view.

I bought a watch on their useless website and I called it useless because it was not properly set. Watch did not arrive on time and when it finally arrived, it was different from what was advertised, I don't like the watch and I immediately requested for a return details on the second day of receipt as I don't want to exhaust the 14 days grace. As I am writing this review, they still have not reply to my email. I also contacted them via Whatsapp but they never respond. I am still waiting for them to get back to me as I am willing to escalate the matter to consumers ombudsmen if they fail to respond.

Ordered a watch but never arrived customer service is useless only reply when demanding a refund or leaving a bad review said watch was lost so sent another one still no watch you can only message them on WhatsApp.
I've now reported it to klarna
Please dont waste your time and money they are absolutely useless
