Placed an order with this company item didn't arrive, I messaged them no correspondence from them at all beware scam company do not buy from them

I ordered Bose in-ear buds. Waited for their arrival. Didn't come. Tried to contact several times with difficult. Got a response blaming the 'Nordic snow disaster'. No such event. Luckily paid via PayPal and have now received refund. Avoid at all costs!

My husband ordered a Weed Puller and Telescopic Rotating Vertical Weeder Root Removal Tool with Steel Handle and 3 Claws for me as I love gardening but incurable Cancer has taken that away from me but with this tool I would be able to get back out in the garden and do a little bit each day. Sadly on opening the package it was not what he ordered! Instead we received a flimsy Weeder Twist Pull Claw which you can buy for half the price he paid on numerous other websites! On checking this retailers reviews this is not the first time they have done this. You would think OnBuy would be monitoring their retailers to ensure the customers have a positive experience using their site. Very upset and disappointed.

First time customer to On Buy looking for a combination ladder. Looked online for the ladder and came across On Buy and I have to say I was a bit apprehensive when i found what I was looking for an a very good price but took a change and ordered. On Buy kept me informed and supplied a tracking number promising to deliver 4-5 day from order and arrived on the 5th day as promised. LMstarz were the suppliers and I have to say I have been impressed and on this experience would definitely be using again.

They to my payment, sentbme the wrong product, then tryed to convinced me to keep bit or run around and pay to send it back , and wanted to make me play email ping pong , avoid using this company , they scammed me I will never use again , very bad experience

Used OnBuy once and never again . Says item delivered lie . The day they say item was delivered was a Sunday and the shop that takes the package is not open on Sundays . KEEP CLEAR

After reading reviews on here I was worried about my order. They took 2 weeks to send the rucksack but it was 50 pounds cheaper than the manufacturers site and On Buy replied to all my queries. If they delivered quicker they would get better reviews.

Item arrived smashed to bits. I have asked for a refund but no joy yet. After reading other customer reviews, I am not hopeful. Will not be ordering from them in the future.
Still no response re smashed item. Appalling company with NO customer support. DON’T TOUCH.

I was ignored by a seller on onbuy, I then contacted onbuy directly who stepped in to assist, they told me to send the item back and provided the address, they assured me that once the item was delivered they would issue me a refund including delivery.
Only problem is the item was delivered 5 days ago and onbuy have not responded to any of my emails since then and so now I'm left without the item, no refund, no acknowledgment of the return or my emails, no other way to contact them either so now I'm stuck just hoping they eventually respond but it's not looking promising.

Dreadful, still waiting one month later although they took my money! Now the tracking number is non existent and I can't get hold of them ! Now I have to call Barclaycard to get my money back. Don't use !!!

This company does not horour their contract to return items with full refund within 30 days, stsy clear

I purchased hair straighteners from Hair Products online Ltd via OnBuy. The hair straighteners went faulty after 10 months. I contacted Hair Products online via the OnBuy message system, they supported giving me a free return address, keep receipt etc, they then said they issued me a full refund (Abi) - I never got the refund. Hair Products online said to contact OnBuy, OnBuy said sorry start a legal claim against Hair Products online!! I tend to believe that Hair Products online have issued a refund via OnBuy but OnBuy have not processed it. All in all, I strongly suggest you avoid OnBuy. Update 21.2.24 - Hair Products Online Ltd have issued a refund direct to my PayPal and have advised they will sort the issue with OnBuy. Hair Products Online Ltd is a great company, OnBuy on the other hand AVOID!!

Bought an electric saw in Sept 23. Broke after 3 hrs . Since then, OnBuy repeatedly promise to send replacement. They haven't done so . Even sent me a FAKE DPD tracking number. They have kept my money .
So ,steer clear, I can't think how this Seller could have been any worse. Just don't deal with them

Do not buy anything from these people. Nothing but a con. I ordered something over a month ago and it's still not arrived. Every time I send a message the same reply comes back and mentions that the package has been delayed and will arrive on 'the next working day'. A lot of working days have passed! I suspect that I won't get my money back

Sellers beware- Invoiced for fees years after closing seller account

I cancelled my seller account years ago.
Suddenly on Jan 2023, I was sent an invoice for seller fees, & Onbuy had already 'stolen' a payment from my charge card.

After much chasing this was refunded & this was blamed on a system error (as below)

I subsequently asked my card details & data to be removed from all Onbuy systems.

Now suddenly in February 24, I was once again been sent an 2x invoices for seller fees.
