Beautiful art, awful quality
After awhile I’ve decided to bump up my review a bit seeing as how they’ve considerably improved their print quality. The shipping is still pretty hit or miss and it kind of sucks that I have to pay extra just to make sure they ship out my things within a month but it is what it is. Shirts and hoodies are your best bet, the sweatshirts are pretty bad quality still and pill super easily. Wash everything cold and inside out with light spin and tumble dry it with no heat to make sure it doesn’t crack or fade. If you find stains on coloured stuff just spray it with hydrogen peroxide and let it sit and it’ll be gone 👍. Overall it’s honestly just an okay company and they seriously need to improve in some areas still
Talented group of people but bad business
I have ordered 150 USD worth of HololivexOmocat merch the moment they came out and was so excited for them.
The shipping process was not transparent at all and they did not give any shipping updates via email/phone number (which they had asked in the order form).
They emailed me a shipping number but when I enter it on the courier's site, it does not work neither does it show my shipping progress.
Months have passed and I do not have any update about my package nor has it arrived yet.
I emailed them of this matter and they took quite long to respond back. I was still hopeful that I could get my order.
They gave me a new tracking number from a new courier, in which I have no knowledge of beforehand. I then entered the new tracking number to the new courier's website and to my surprise it said it was already delivered to Germany.
I emailed them again about this matter because I was at home at the supposed time and date of delivery and the package did not came. I asked them if there is a confirmation that someone received it in my address (because the tracking site only stated it is delivered in Germany and nothing states my home adress, name, or my city)
After a few exchanges I asked for a refund, in which they gladly gave back to me. I was so glad that this will finally be settled, but then they refunded me for the wrong order even though I have stated my order number a couple of times within our email exchanges. I ordered a 45 USD shirt for my bf in the Philippines, which had no problem at all. They refunded this order by mistake and I sent another email to them asking for a refund for the order that was not delivered.
This has been a very stressful and disappointing experience for me. omocat-shop has no transparency in their shipping updates and has failed to communicate to me, as a customer, properly. I definitely do not recommend buying from them, because it can be a gamble and that their customer service is overall unsatisfactory. I hope that they learn from these experiences and run their business better in the future.
Update: They have refunded my money for the right order last week, I am relieved this is all settled.
Good quality merch, just pay for priority shipping
I am not sure what happened in the case of the bad reviews, but they prompted me to pay the extra $11 for priority shipping.
I ordered one shirt on Friday, April 1st, and it came Wednesday, April 6th. The weekends are not business days, so I understand why it took 5 days to arrive. I also did not receive the free sticker my shipping label indicated, but that did not disappoint me. MAKE SURE you download the Shop app as suggested by the OMOCAT website, it is very helpful for tracking your order and allows you to reach out to the postal service or OMOCAT directly. Overall I had a great experience with this company, but will always recommend paying for priority with them just in case.
I hope I never bothered
I love Omori so much; I was so excited when I found out there is an official shop for merch, but I was not sure about the shipping, so I just ordered a small stuff and see how's going, well I glade I did it this way. I placed my order last year November, it's been 5 months it still not shipping out, I sent few emails for refund but did not make any change. Right now, I just found my order number link to a 502 Bad Gateway web page for 3days, sent another email and hasn't been replied, please help

I know there were some who didn’t get the best experience here, but I was probably the lucky few who got what they ordered. My only guess why there were problems with shipping is because the overload of orders during the hololive event, or probably the valentine event. I was pretty worried seeing these reviews, but I accepted that if the order was gonna be even a year late, I could bare it. I had no problem with the tracking information, my order shipped within a week with express shipping. It took 4 days to arrive. I only bought their omori release energy shirt, if anyone was wondering. Be careful with washing though, since it’s 100% cotton.
shoppers, I recommend buying from here only when a event has ended, not when they release new stuff (ex. Pokémon x OMOCAT event, OMORI game for the ps4/switch presale). I’m terribly sorry for anyone who lost their money!

Have to say that I've had the most amazing customer service from Omocat. Jessica has been in constant touch with all our orders and has been just simply amazing - the service I've experienced is better than most companies I've dealt with in the UK. Would definitely recommend Omocat and Jessica in particular - on top of that, the products we've had are amazing quality and so unique - that's what makes them so special xx
Order canceled
I canceled my order as fast as I saw all the bad reviews, as it was around 100$ and very expensive for me. I also didn't trust their prints and was worried about washing.
Just because of the tax rates, I now have to pay 5$ to PayPal without even receiving anything.
Omoscam
Stuck giving a 1 cause a 0 isn't an option. This is a scam company that collaborates with companies like Pokémon and Hololive to scam fans out of their money. They don't ship out your orders and will not try to give you your orders when questioned. Even getting a reply from this company is almost impossible. At a moments notice you'll be ignored and be forced to restart the contact process all over again leading to an endless cycle. This company needs to be reported to be reported to the BBB and Federal Trade Commission. What they are doing to people is disgusting and evil. Seeing some of these recent reviews betting added I need to also state that the company held onto my merch which was the hololive merch and proceeded to lie to me saying the items were sent when in actuality they never gave the package to FedEx. This was confirmed with a simple phone call to FedEx. Later omocat stated one of my items that I ordered within the first 2 minutes of release was sold out and I wouldn't be able to receive that item. Meanwhile one quick look at Twitter will show you influencers were give the jacket in question. After 2 hours of waiting I gave up and asked for a refund on the jacket to just to just have the other items shipped, but with this already being a shady company they canceled my entire order and now flood me with emails. Do not listen to people that post that they got one random item from the store and had a good experience. I've ordered other items from them and sure I've received the item, but the item was damaged and never replaced when emailed. Omocat just stopped contacting back.
Pretty awful experience
Pretty awful customer service I might say, i ordered stuff on black Friday and NEVER got a email saying that my items were shipped, I checked out my confirmation email and look out for my order and there was a FedEx tracking number So I used it and finding out that FedEx in my country made "delivery attempts" wich wasn't true cuz on the days they say it was an "attempt" i was at my home.
After that i called FedEx in my country and they got me running all over my city and when I called again they told me completely different things! They say go to x place and i went and nothing, called again and told me that it was at the airport like ????
After that i checked out just to finding out that my package was returned to US and i was so mad, i send like 10 emails by different email directions after finally one of them got a response and re-send my package, i didn't make a refund because this is insulting i want my stuff I spend more than 100 dollars on merch and i want it, if this order doesn't arrive I'm totally getting a refund and never buying again just awful! I did orders a while ago and they where just fine but this one was a rough pain.

They sent me the wrong item
I placed an order on November 26th and got it February 7th. Not only could I not get access to the package tracking they sent me the wrong item.

I placed an order on Dec 1st, which was going to be a Christmas gift for a friend. Note at the time I ordered, there wasn't any disclaimer on their website about "delays" in processing and shipping. I never received any email update as to shipping. I emailed their customer service Dec 20th and got no response, ended up having to replace the gift with something else. I filed a Paypal dispute and got an automatic judgment since they never responded to that, either.
For some reason they ended up shipping the item anyway and I got it 7 weeks after I had initially ordered.
Customer service finally responded February 2nd (two months after I had placed my order), and sent me the tracking number letting me know my item had been delivered. (???) I don't know why they bothered responding at all. This entire experience was awful and I won't be ordering from them again.
Expected better.....
I bought my order during the black friday sale and it came before christmas. I would say compared to other reviews have stated it came on time, however the quality of the clothing dissapoints, given the price of it as well. It's not good quality, a bit of the print came off after one wash (turned inside out when tumble washed) and there are loose yarns, fabric with the quality of the surface of a hoodie feeling rough when it arrived.
I rlly liked the design Omocat produces, it's just dissapointing how the end products came out.

Not great communication but got refund OK

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, terrible company. Ordered 3 items for my daughter for Christmas totaling over $100. Received an order confirmation and never heard from the company again. No order status, no shipping notification - nothing. After 2 weeks of silence sent 2 emails to customer service - no response whatsoever. Had to reach out to PayPal that refunded in a timely manner (thank you so much) and had to do last minute Christmas shopping for my child. Never again.
Overall nice but,
My package took pretty long to ship but I ordered it on Black Friday, so that's pretty understandable. The shipping was shorter than expected and I had great communication with an employee over email. The product was in good quality and overall great :)
