Terrible Customer Support
Until my latest shipment, I had been satisfied with Omniva’s services, but this experience significantly changed my opinion. A parcel from Kaunas to Alytus has now been in transit for four days, and according to the information provided, it spent two of those days essentially "lost" in a sorting center.
The delivery was scheduled for May 19th, and today is already May 22nd, yet there is still no clear information regarding its status. Customer support waiting times are around 10–15 minutes. I was told I would receive a callback with updated information, but after two days I have not heard anything.
When I called to ask whether the parcel would at least be delivered by the final deadline or if I should arrange to collect it myself, I still received no concrete answer — only that it would "possibly" be delivered, with no indication of when.
Until now, I had never had any interaction with Omniva’s customer support, but after this situation, it is easy to understand why there are so many negative reviews regarding their service quality.
