Home Safe warranty plans was not reputable to me.

Home safe automatically deducts my payments monthly. I needed to use the plan for my A/C. They approved for a technician to come out, but he discovered my A/C system was still under warranty. However, the warranty was for parts only. When I asked if they would pay for the labor, they said no because the system was still under warranty. I asked if there was no manufacturer warranty what would they pay. They said they would have paid for both parts and labor. Then they said there was another issue with the line that had not been flushed according to the routine maintenance schedule and it had been flushed earlier this month. I then asked why they won't pay for the labor since it would be covered under the plan I purchased. They gave me the excuse that the system is still under warranty regardless if it pays for the labor or not. I feel cheated because I had warranty coverage with them also. If they didn't have to pay for the part even though it would have been covered I feel they should have paid for the labor which was also covered under my plan with them. I feel the company is a rip off. I had a similar plan a few years ago and I had a similar issue. I think these home warranty plans are scams.

Greatest Example of what Customer Service should be

I dealt with a Lady by the name of Denise Vockins, she was amazing, she was accommodating & helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my sale but also to resolve any issues that I had. Finding a company and sales people that provide such exceptional service these day are rare. I highly recommend Omnisurge and compliment them on their excellent staff. Breath of Fresh Air dealing with them. We need more people and companies like them.
