The sneakers run EXTREMELY small and there’s no suggestion on their site to inform customers about it. I paid $16 for shipping (heavier side). Now to return I have to pay another $16 and print out my own return label. So $32 for shipping fees which is already half the sneaker price. DO BETTER. The box the sneakers come with is a great bonus however. Which we would keep but they run narrow and small. I’ll order from Amazon and enjoy my free shipping and returns.

This company had to be the worst to deal with. In between the uniform letters falling off literally within just getting them without even washing them, getting hung up on, getting told incorrect things by multiple people, then getting follow up emails with saying my order has incorrect order fulfillments based on the incorrect things I was told. Even the supervisor. So after spending 4,000 + dollars with the company I wouldn't recommend them because it isn't worth it.

The sizing was completely off, and when I received my daughter’s items they did not fit. I was very disappointed to learn that Omni Cheer does not allow exchanges only returns and refunds. I reluctantly agreed, returned the items, and placed my order again. To make matters worse, they do not provide a return shipping label, so I had to pay $15 out of pocket to send the items back.
Even after UPS confirmed delivery back to them, I am still waiting on my refund. I eventually had to go through my bank to file a dispute, which is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. The only reason I even purchased from Omni Cheer was because my daughter’s school chose them as the vendor. Customer service was no help at all, and this entire process has been a headache. I will be looking for a different vendor moving forward because I am very disappointed, to say the least.

The product is good quality if there's a problem. We usually get help quickly. Just wish they would send less promotional emails and more coupon codes or give better deals when you buy frequently!
It's always a great experience with Omni Cheer. We get our uniforms from them every year and the quality is alwas top tier!!
I was sent a defective under shirt, late..that I needed 4 days after arrival and the resolution that was offered to me was me paying to return it to them. Bad all around service and quality control.

Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again and will ensure that all of my colleagues are aware of the terrible customer service this company provides. I ordered over $2000 worth of merchandise and unfortunately, 3 items did not fit. Instead of allowing me to exchange those items, I had to rebuy them at full price when they were originally discounted due to the bulk manner I bought them in the first time, causing me to be out more money. I had to ship back the items that didn’t fit and pay $25 for shipping, and the return form I received stated that I’m also going to be charged a 10% restock fee on those items. Not to mention that I also had to pay for shipping on the new items as my total for 3 items didn’t meet the quota for free shipping that I originally received and even after asking the representative if there was a code that he could provide me due to the inconvenience of having to repurchase these items, he told me no. This is RIDICULOUS and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank God none of our items were personalized as that would have been a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you are 1000% sure your items will fit and not need to be returned for ANY reason

This company has horrible customer service. They claim they do exchanges, but they do not. They take returns and make you do a new order if you need to do a size exchange. You have to pay the shipping fee on your order, pay the return shipping fee and then have to pay the shipping fee again in your new order. That is not an exchange! There is a difference between a return and exchange and they need to update their policy to reportage that they do not do expunges, only returns and new orders.

I have ordered from this company for the last 5-6 years and never had any issues. I even sent people to this company for orders.
That changed this year. I ordered 50 cheer uniforms for our junior football program. 3 uniforms didn’t come in. I tried emailing 3 times and never got a response. Finally called after 3 weeks of waiting, then got told they had to review my issue, I would get a response in 24-48 hours. 5 days later I had to call again to ask about it. Sat on hold for 20 minutes to finally be told my claim was denied. I asked why. She told me because they looked back and saw on the packing slip they sent it, so it was sent, there was no way they didn’t send it because their people said they did. I said so I’m just out $280 dollars worth of uniforms a month before the season, and was told she was very sorry she wished she could help but it was denied, but I could order 3 more uniforms. Stay away from this company. They don’t stand behind their sales.

They say they need me to verify my email used for the order to see what happened, but then the next paragraph states they weigh tested and double checked my order. Odd, how do you not know what my order is, but you know how your team did the right things on it? The email listed on this account isn’t what I ordered through. They say something to make themselves look good here, and are still absolutely terrible at actual customer service. The proof here folks.

Placed an order for customized bag was emailed customization info wasn't included WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY. 4 phone calls with an hour+ wait on hold to be told my order was completely canceled instead of JUST the customization and I was refunded, which I have not been, and a new order would need to be placed!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED will never order with this company again. Still waiting on hold almost 2 hours now to speak with a manager!

We have been ordering from Omni Cheer for years for anything my daughter needs for cheer! Shipping is always pretty quickly and they have what we need in stock.
Their products are fine nothing spectacular but the customer service is a nightmare. No changes to an order the second it’s submitting, returns are impossible you pay your own shipping up front (not even deducted from the return cost), they charge a 10% restocking fee, I mean it’s a joke honestly. I won’t buy from them again because you can’t make anything right if you have an issue which I did on both my orders.
Changed this from 3 stars to 1 because they are now replying to my review and lying. It says right there on your website the omnicheer.com / en / Returns-and-Exchanges page (trustpilot won't allow me to include a link in this review so I added spaces between) under the "Returns & Exchanges" header "A restocking fee of 10% of an item's purchase price will be charged on returned items."

Edit: your response to my review proves my point. Efficient and appropriate communication would’ve included the return policy on the receipt not make me hunt for it after I bought a a gift and realized I was passed the 30 day policy. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the company’s 30-day return policy, which, unfortunately, was not clearly communicated at any point during my purchasing experience. At the time of placing the order, there was no mention of the return policy, either verbally or in writing. Additionally, the receipt I received did not include any information about return or exchange terms.
It was only when I attempted to initiate a return that I was informed of the 30-day limit. While the company appears firm in enforcing this policy, it is disappointing that the same level of commitment was not applied to clearly communicating it to customers in advance. Transparency around policies such as this is essential to maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps will be taken to ensure return policies are clearly disclosed at the point of sale moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sales Rep is very responsive
I had used Omni in the past and did not have a sales rep and ordering was very difficult. This year I have been working with a sales rep and it has been so much easier. He has been very responsive and has helped with putting some packages together for me. Omni has a great selection and the shipping is fast.
I thought ordering from Omni was replicable because I ordered in the past with my other team. I was wrong.
1 rep said it would ship Monday
Another said Tuesday.
When I spoke to another rep the Thursday before, I asked “can i expedite shipping” he said ok. He took my payment and then told me it was too late.
The experience with shipping is HORRIBLE! The worse ever.

We are a brand new Cheer Squad and Omni Cheer has been an excellent source to get us started! The quality is awesome, the pricing is unbeatable and the ability to order a sample sizing kit so the team members can try on the different sizes before purchasing has been an amazing feature!
ZERO effort to help resolve issues. My advice? Don't order online. They won't be able to help you if there is an error. I was told that because the person I spoke to did not take note of our original phone call, there was nothing they could do to fix my order. Very disappointing. Will not use again.

I was told the order would be complete by 2/18/25, & I am receiving notifications that it's awaiting final review. The order was started in Dec. A rep failed to send me the confirmation of my tax-exempt information in Dec. to start the order process, & when I called to check on the order in Jan., it was cancelled. I replaced the order that same day in Jan., & a month later, the order has NOT been filled. I would appreciate an update on the order status please. I am disappointed in the communication, customer service & time on this order.
