Do not buy this mattress! I purchased a serenity 10 with a 15 year warranty. Not even a year and a half later there are body impressions and I can't even sleep on it without pain. Owner will not respond. There is a reason his bbb rating is F.
I ordered a mattress topper. The product is very good however it was received about 2 weeks later than promised. My biggest issue was the company was not responsive to multiple attempts to contact them. I filed a complaint with the local Better Business Bureau which resulted in a response. Since I was satisfied with the product, I ordered another. Same problem. No product 2 weeks after promised and no response from the company upon multiple attempts to contact them. I even talked to the guy in person when I ordered but now he won't respond again. It's a shame because the product is very nice. I never received my 2nd order. I filed another complaint with BBB. Eventually I got my card credited after I cancelled my order
Fast shipping! Great product! Loved the Organic cotton cover. The Serenity 8 tends towards a bit firm which is what I wanted for my bad back. No pains or aches when I get up in the morning. Would definitely buy again!
Good customer service and quick response to questions. Shipping was free, although that was not clear initially from the website. Unit arrived well packed and without shipping damage. No chemical odor after unpacking. Cover says is Organic cotton and it is very soft (Nice!). I bought the Cal King Talalay 3 inch topper in soft/medium. It is on the softer side, which is what I wanted. After one week, all is good and sleep is much better. Good product and good company to deal with.
