I booked a flight with these b@st@rds for £606.98 (GLA-MAA-GLA) with an option to change the return date.

After reaching the destination the plan changed. I want to return to the UK earlier and the destination shall be LHR if possible. I have sent plenty emails everyday through their website and officials email (including complaint at omegaflightstore.com). I tried calling these i-d-i-o-t-s from India and every time it was on HOLD for 15 minutes and disconnects. Hence I contacted EMIRATES airlines to request whether they could do anything about this booking.

EMIRATES informed that they coouldn't change as it booked vis agents. I explained the situation of no response from omegaflightstore. They kindly accepted the request but couldn't help because Omega has booked it with different flight
service called HKN Hahn airlines (third party service of some sort).

All the emails, phone calls and complaints are useless as I didn't get any response. Eventually I booked a different flight for another £600 to reach UK.

It appears Omega Flight Store don't book with airlines directly but use third party bulk bookings with options of no changes etc, for which I paid additional fees.

Stay away from these i-d-i-o-t-s. (apologies for using un-parliamentary words)

Omega Flights is useless Avoid this scammers. don't book with them.

Reading all negative reviews made me shocked. My experience with Omega was incredibly great. In February 2017 I booked a return ticket to Bali for June/July. The price was really low. All my tickets, confirmations and baggage were fine. I was pleased for being able to save a good sum by booking via omega. I am surprised to find so many negative comments as my trip was just perfect.

The worst service. If the flight gets cancelled they won´t refund. Please avoid at all costs

Bought a flight with Air France through Omega Flight Store from Dublin to Genève. Cheap and with good service.

I was on a flight that was delayed by several hrs then turned back and then delayed again. I has tried to get compensation over months and at least an applique but had nothing. I would not use this company or fly with Tarom ever again.

Wow What happened? I booked with omega last year, 6months in advance of flight. Booking was all arranged, booking references and eticket issued. Didn't have any issues, then today went online to search for a new flight and I was shocked to find they have closed down and even more worrying based on the reviews it seems i may have got lucky. Would like to know what other companies are associated with the same people.

FAKE ATOL certificate! The directors closed this company down and opened another company doing the same business! They did not provide me the products and services. I did not have my money back because they have already closed down. This is a scam, the same directors have opened 24 companies in UK doing this scam business.

Poor and delayed communications, no interest in helping when they change flight booking, just left on your own to sort things out.

Terrible. Missed my flight and when I asked about claiming for my APD tax. They replied with a templated response.

Just found out today I had no return flight booked despite paying Omega last year for my trip to Las Vegas to celebrate my big birthday. Only by chance did we realize we didn’t have a flight when checking details on BA manage my booking...BA have been ace and sorted things for us but this could have been such a disaster as no email or contact from Omega to let us know what’s happening...shambles 😡😡😡😡😡

Omega Flight Store is OUT OF BUSINESS.

I spoke to American Airways about a Omega booking I made in Summer 2018 - AA confirmed that Omega is now out of business. Fortunately I already had my e-tickets so AA kindly made the required amendments to my booking.

Lost money due to them ignoring my calls and emails

On the up side, ticket competitively priced. Experienced probs checking in , Omega do not answer phone or e-mail. The air line sorted it. While away I had news of a sick relative and entertained the idea of an early return. Again, 3 e-mails and NO response.

AVOID booking any flights with company - Booked from London to Hobart return last July. On two occasions before flying out they without reason removed 1 of tge 6 flights from the schedule. Their phone number never works and they dont respond to their online forms either.
Just checked with Virgin and Omega have AGAIN removed one of our return flights. We are due to leave in less than 48 hours and their lines are dead.
Their Customer Service appears NON EXISTENT !

Appalling Service, messed up my tickets and I couldn’t board my return flight and no response from the Customer Support on my calls or emails. I lost more money as I had to book another flights to get back home.
NEVER EVER to book my flights with them .
They should be reported to the authorities and their license should be cancelled. I will be taking this higher up to the authorities and see action is taken.
Appreciate if all follow suit

Genuinely no word of a lie if I say I have rang them on over 200-300 times over 6 months, and sent 20+ emails. This company has swindled away £500 worth of a ticket. They've stopped responding to all emails and calls. I've rang different times of the day continuously for months now. Zero ways to get any sort of response. They know very well they've stolen my cash. Never seen such a scam!

UPDATE: I have recently found out they have gone into administration, and then liquidation. There goes a chunk of my cash...

Never buy a ticket from this lot or Omega Travel Group. No phone numbers they publish exist and apparently have been stripped of ATOL status. Total nightmare.

start of my christmas holidays in Thailand and they left my bag with all my clothes, swimwear etc etc in Moscow!!!
I've got it back after a day but I had to spend a lot of time finding out where my bag was and so I missed the check in time with my hotel since it was night time. Had to make a call to the hotel so they can wait for me and I don't end up homeless which it cost me a lot! plus I was extremly worry I will lose everything.
Also the lady that did the check in at the airport put the tags of our bags incorrectly which it made everything longer and messier! thanks God I realised about that, otherwise I would have not get my bag back.
I had to be one day without absolutely anything! I was treavelling from a very cold weather to a very hot weather obviously my clothing was not the ideal...
very disappointing experience.
