OM-SE is one skincare company that truly knows what it means to develop incredible skincare products but takes it to the next level with the most amazing customer service I have experienced in a LONG time. The name says it all: "to care" and they do!

I just received my next installment from my subscription (SO WORTH IT!) and Jenny left a handwritten note thanking me! Also, let me state that I use the products rather sparingly, and my request to prolong the time between deliveries was quickly noted and updated--zero hassle and 100% easy. This is respectful of my needs and so responsive! YES!

The products themselves work beautifully for my sensitive and (hitherto 2025) dry skin and I am grateful to Jenny for helping me literally save my face! I am a true OM-SE devotee and cannot sing the praise enough of this company that Jenny and Jacob created. Thank you!

Really lovely skincare. Only use this, so it’s so simple, and gives my skin a really nature feeling. I have a subscription, so it just arrives as I’m finishing a bottle. Love it 😍

I'll admit that I was skeptical at the outset. I didn't believe that three (or four) products could do everything I needed, but this trio is great. My extremely sensitive 60-something skin is glowing and healthy, with much reduced rosacea and eczema. I got the exploration pack and it's perfect to carry to the gym for post-swim use. Big, big fan.

I bought the Face Cleansing Oil, and it's truly amazing. It removes make up very gently and leaves your skin glowing and flawless. It even removes waterproof mascara without having to scrub.
Will for sure continue to use this product moving forward, as my skin seems to love it.

This skincare routine is my keeper, for almost 2 years now. I don‘t use any other skin care products anymore besides a face mask here and there. I love this program. I am super satisfied with its simplicity, result on my skin and yes, it also looks nice in the bathroom!
