Underhanded & humiliating

My family was treated horribly by this company, initially by the agent, then by the apparent owner of the company when we tried to have a conversation with him to attempt to clear things up and move forward in a constructive manner. They turned an already stressful situation into a nightmare and topped it off with sneaky underhanded behaviour and arrogance. Never have we been made to feel like this. We will be certain to speak of and write about our experience with this company to anyone who will listen.
