Pathetic application and pathetic customer support with standard replies. They are not processing my withdrawal and not providing any details. Moreover, I cannot make further withdrawal request since one is pending. Their support team use the same scripted replies and also shared misinformation regarding the withdrawals. No escalation matrix, no one to hear your concerns and get them addressed. Very frustrating!

Red Flag: My Experience With Olymp Matix ⚠️
I deposited ₦35,000 into Olymp Matix, which presents itself as connected to Olymp Trade.
The platform refused to show proper charts, forced trades that wiped out half my account, and then blocked my withdrawal request for my remaining ₦5,000.
Although Olymp Matix claims to be a separate platform, in practice it operates around the Olymp Trade system. This creates the impression that they are connected, and many users (myself included) were misled into trusting it.
Based on my experience, the setup did not feel like real forex trading but more like a system designed for people to lose money.
I would strongly caution anyone considering Olymp Matix (or anything promoted as an “extension” of Olymp Trade) to think twice before depositing funds.
My experience was a complete loss.

Please note that I am an experienced forex trader, so I understand how forex works. My main concern with Olymp Matrix is that the chart froze while my account was active, and trades started running out of control. This led to my funds being used in ways I did not authorize.

Also, I noticed your platform allows forex trading on weekends. This is unusual because forex markets worldwide are only open five days a week—from Sunday night to Friday night. Only crypto trades 24/7. This makes me believe the weekend activity is a fake price feed.

Please do not trade with Olymptrade . They keep losing deposits made using local payment solutions . Then they tell you it can take 5 business days to recover . So even after sending them a screen shot of proof of payment and everything, Even though I waited 5 business days , They on purpose didn't send the funds . They treat their customers as if they are dogs and they don't care what so ever about them . As a matter of fact they will delay their action to respond to the problem to make you more mad . I was told by their customer service before in another lost deposit incident " speak properly in your emails , so your problem can be solved faster !!!!" .. so they are extremely unprofessional and rude AF . I Mean they keep losing the deposits and make you sit there for days and days waiting. Then they make you more mad on purpose and ask you to beg for the deposit THAT THEY LOST . don't do it.. don't deal with this company. Not to mention their fake candles and trades closing in the negative in the last few seconds, but that's a whole other issue . They are rude , irresponsible and NASTYYYY . Just stay away from them .. imagine they lose your deposit and not only they don't care , no they are treating it as if they feed you ... nassssty ppl and nasty company.

I like this platform very straighforwards. The Olymptrade support are nice and informative. I need to work on my trading skill but overall, they are good to trade.

Customer support is all AI generated with copy paste replies . They have been demanding bank statement after statement without any resolution . It's deliberate strategy to tire people out of funds and resolve ,hence give up.

After 24 hours i contacted them and been told it take up to 3 working days , after 3 working days again contacted the costumer service and told me sometimes takes up to 30 days . Scam. It works with demo money, but not with real money.
After using a robot strategy in demo mode for a week and seeing good results, I decided to invest money. A very bad decision. When I used real money, with the exact same robot strategy I'd been using, the money vanished in just a few minutes.
