Do not order from this company. The dresses are awful quality, not the right colour and defective.
They will not offer you a returns. If they do the returns address offered costs a lot of money to return too.
You have to pay this, they will not accept that items are defective so will not pay the returns fee.
The returns address is to a random man in a room, in some random country.
It 100% is not UK based as the website states.
You will lose your money ordering from this scam website.
They point blank will not pay you back.
They offered me to keep the items with partial refund. They are not wearbable.
You will not get your money back

Easy to order. Still don't receive the dress I ordered, so can't comment on the quality.

Please please DO NOT use this company. Do not buy from them. I’ve now lost £44.95. I’m still trying to refund the jumpsuit I purchased. The material is cheap and nothing like the picture. They don’t want to give my refund, they are offering me 10% back and then I can pick something else from the website. I’ve emailed 3 times today and now not hearing anything back. This company needs to be stopped.

Great selection of dresses for all occasions

I was told to look on your website for wedding guest dresses. I am so glad I did, there were so many beautiful dresses to choose from. I love the one I picked. I watched the Tik Tok videos to see the models wearing each one which I found helpful.
I was amazed at the price for the quality of the dress.
I will certainly be shopping at Olviarose in the near future.

Came across Olviarose on Facebook and was looking for a dress for an upcoming wedding, I had been searching for ages with no luck, but Olviarose had a great selection of dresses at a very affordable price. Their selection was also a little different from the other styles I had seen which was what instantly attracted me.

Needed help finding a dress for a themed wedding, and the staff at Olivia Rose were fantastic and gave me extra advise on what to wear with that dress :)

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. This is not a uk based website. My dress arrived looking nothing like the dress i ordered,poor quality and around 4 dress sizes too big. You get offered 10% money back and then 20% and a final offer of 30% and choose another garment. Its laughable . Please dont give your money to these scammers.

Stumbled across Oliviarose and wow what stunning dresses!

A return and refund process has never been so long-winded and complicated. I was asked to send photo evidence of both the parcel and the item received, then encouraged to exchange the item or accept a 120% store credit.

All I want is for the product to be returned and my money refunded, as the quality is poor and the item is not as described.

I definitely won’t be shopping here again. I’ll stick to other businesses that don’t make returns and refunds such hard work.

Found this site through adverts on Instagram and it was so easy to use. Ordering was simple. Product quality looks better than most of these pop ups & I’m excited to try in my outfits when they arrive! Only feedback would be to display shipping / delivery timescales on the order page.
