Ordered online. Immediately realized I ordered the wrong size. Tried to utilize their supposed 24/7 chat, email, and phone. No response till the next day telling me they’re shipping the wrong sized product. Once they get your credit card they don’t care at all. Great sandals, horrible customer service. Their leadership team is not doing a good job.
Bought a pair of Mio Li shoes. Do not look as good as on pictures, kind of retirement home look. Horrible quality for that price or, actually, any price. The fabric of the upper started tearing after just a couple of months. Elements of the undersole started peeling off shortly after.
I have previously ordered the Pehuea shoe twice before receiving my most recent order. I am extremely disappointed to report that they have increased the price but lowered the quality. The back of the Pehuea shoe used to be a soft leather fabric that made it easy to slip in and out of, as well, it was finished nicely with a good quality fabric. Now the back is a cheaper canvas finish that does not fold down nicely, and the white finish on the sides of the black shoe makes it look cheap. I feel that the new fabric they are using is also less quality and does not look as nice. If I had known that they have changed the materials and look of the shoe I would not have ordered a 3rd pair. I am extremely disappointed.

My initial pair of shoes from OluKai had some light mould/stains on them which are hard to see but not great for a new pair of shoes. I complained to support and within a couple of days I received a brand new pair and was told to keep the old pair. Great support, thank you!
Bought 2 pairs of shoes. 1 fit OK, the other fit badly. Received an e/m from Olukai asking if everything went well and did I have any questions. Responded twice in the positive but they have not got back to me. Been 3 weeks now. Poor customer service.
Purchased a pair of Tiare Strappy sandals. Within a month, the straps were fraying. Used three times. Second month, I wore them a bit more often (at least twice a week). The leather started to peel off (the way fake leather on office chairs do). Five months later, they look like I've worn them for 5 years instead. "Leather" is peeling off everywhere. I have a pair of $20 sandals that have lasted longer.
I purchased a pair of OluKai Huia sneakers and absolutely love them. They are the most comfortable shoes. I wear them for 5 -10 mile walks at least twice a week and my feet are not tired at the end. I purchased them three years ago and they are still in great condition.
I ordered shoes 23 of july, payed for them and have recieved nothing.. Warning for this company!!!
I give 4 stars for customer service but 2 stars for quality of product. Purchased flip flops in March 2024, found them comfortable and not slippery when wet. Unfortunately, by early July, the flip flop was falling apart. The sole completely separated from the flip flop. Not what I would expect for a $100.00. Upon closer inspection of their gluing process, I see very little glue anywhere on the underside. Maybe Okulai should use more glue. They did replace the footwear under their one yr warranty and the process was relatively painless.
I purchased a some shoes from these guys . They sent the wrong size. So I emailed to explain NO REPLY.. I have sent over 10 email s now and still no reply. I contacted them on chat , the final out come was to ask me to email them on the same email I have senty previous emails too . BUYER BEWARE..

Ordered sandals on May 19. Today is Tues May 28! Still waiting for them to arrive. Frustrating customer service experience email after email. Was told by their customer service via email on Saturday that according to what they are seeing, FedEx will deliver the order on Sunday even thought when I go to the FedEx website, it says Tuesday. Then I get an email asking me how I am enjoying my new OluKai’s? I responded that I am still waiting. Their response was that they have no control of the situation once the carrier takes over. Well they chose FedEx as their carrier so they are partially responsible.Amost 10 processing and shipping days for a $200 purchase. Never again. It’s back to Reefs for me
None existent customer services, no reply to multiple emails for 6 days now. Tried to exchange sandals for a bigger pair which shows out of stock on the exchange portal but in stock on the website. Avoid them at all costs
I went to their website and searched "waterproof" for a nice pair of casual shoes to wear in the mornings when I am walking around in the dew.
The shoes I received weren't even water resistant.
I contacted customer service and was told by their representative that they were not intended to be waterproof or even water resistant. No explanation as to why they show up under that search criteria, I even sent a screenshot.
As I write this I am 2 weeks past their 30 day no hassle return policy and I have worn the shoes once. One would think they would want to rectify the situation since again, it was their website that steered me to purchasing these shoes based on the search parameters I entered.
UPDATE - I may have been too hasty in posting this review. I think once the customer service representative got a better understanding of my plight they responded more appropriately and are replacing my order with one that meets the criteria of my search.
Don’t understand why there’s many negative reviews. Extremely professional and efficient company. I bought some shoes in line They were delivered when they promised. They didn’t fit. They made it very easy to return and credited me back my purchase amount in 24 hours with no hassle. A very good honest reputable business
Decided didn’t need after ordering nobody got back to me they arrived extremely uncomfortable when I tried them on, So I sent back
Then they tried to say I had worn them and said they would send back absolute scam avoid this, customer service same as product useless
I've recently bought a pair of thongs directly fron Olukai official AU website due the all great reviews on the internet.
It fits me well and looks great.
However, i find they are very uncomfortable, heavy, hard to walk after one full day of wearing them. I gave my friend to try for 10 minutes and he also said the same.
Save your money and go somewhere else!
Purchased directly from Olukai. Similar to another review the order to delivery time was 10+days, did not seem to have any sense of urgency or place priority on delivery. Paid $130 for sandals to have pain from the size of portion of sandal between my toes. Overall I would give their marketing a 5 as it tricked me into paying for premium and getting average. Save money and go elsewhere.
No order status. But they go a step beyond providing no information on order status, they ask you to download an App, an app that looks sketchy and is not their own brand. All this to check order status??
Then when I click on photo of shoes I ordered (to have another look), and I get a blank webpage that says "forbidden".
