Great Customer Service, helping me with sizing.
Quality high rise thongs in black and sand in XL (I’m a size 14).Definitely no camel toe, comfy and great under other clothes not just leggings. Great under clingy dresses, no ugly lumpy lines. Wash and dry well.

Had an issue with the received product and reached out to customer service via the website for support. Received a prompt reply from Emily who worked patiently with me to sort out the issue. Have yet to receive replacement product, but otherwise amazing customer service!

Having seen Olora plastered over Instagram sponsored posts I took the plunge. As a 42 year old mother of 2 I was looking for something that would allow me to wear Nike Pro gym shorts without flashing a big old camel toe. I went for the mid rise thongs which had some kind of offer on so I got a number of them. I'm sad to say that they didn't have the desired effect. In spite of being a UK size 6-8 clothing I think size small was wrong for me which is frustrating as they aren't cheap! They actually gave me a vagina wedgie (perhaps my toe is toe fat these days?!). But either way wearing them with leggings and cycling shorts was very uncomfortable and I kept having to plunge my hand into my pants to readjust. So yeah size up ladies unless you have ultra small lady flaps! Sad as I was raving about getting these to literally every single mum friend and the anticipation esp after the wait for them to be shipped (from china?) was immense. Gutted

I have to say I was disappointed by Olora. I was looking for a great high waisted thong so I tried their Invisible Camel Toe Thong High Rise. I used their size guide and ordered the size large. I normally wear a UK 12 (occasionally 10). They appeared to fit ok and I liked the wide sides. However, the gusset is very thick and protrudes from the front which looks odd. More problematic for me was as soon as I moved the wide sides scrunched up into a thin side and became incredibly visible under clothes.

Because of Olora’s 90 day fit guarantee I contacted the company assuming they would provide advice and suggest a new size. They said “While we’re unable to process a full return or exchange in this case, we'd love to offer you a 40% refund as a gesture of goodwill. You're welcome to keep the items, and if you'd prefer, you can gift or donate them.”
When I pointed out the fit guarantee and said I had hope they would have seen the problem before and suggest a new size. They said they would send a new size but wouldn’t suggest if I should go larger or smaller. They asked me to decide what would be better and they also said ‘Please note that while we’re more than happy to offer this replacement, we’re unable to offer unlimited exchanges or returns moving forward.’
I thought it was wrong for me to take the risk of the new size not working as well given their guarantee and just asked for my money back instead.
They only offered me a 50% refund. After waiting a while and considering I accepted this on the basis that I had had enough of dealing with the company and felt that posting an honest review of my experience would help other buyers more than getting the full refund that I was entitled to.

As an update as soon as I posted this review Olora wrote to me and said "As a small gesture of goodwill and to show our commitment to making this right, I’d love to offer you a full refund along with a free replacement of your original order (I suggest a size up base on experience but I'm happy to include a couple of medium sizes too for you to try). No need to return the items. If you feel this resolves things fairly, we’d be so grateful if you’d consider removing your review. Once it’s deleted, just let us know and we’ll process your refund right away." I find this form of bribery unacceptable and have declined their offer and have not removed this honest review.

Customer service is phenomenal! I accidentally ordered the wrong version I was attempting to order, they were very prompt in replying and very helpful. When I asked to make an exchange they said they would gladly handle it and have worked to get me the correct product even though it was my mistake when ordering. I have been very happy with their customer service.

The customer response time is amazing. Emily got back to me in the blink of an eye. I purchased the wrong size and Emily had the correct size sent out to me.

Even though my order delivery was delayed and the leggings didn't quite fit me as well as I hoped. The customer service was incredible, very responsive and opened to what the best resolution was for me. The thongs are great. I really hope they keep giving the same 🐫 protection after many washes.

The customer service team are absolutely incredible!!! The response time is super speedy.... They answer questions immediately! The underwear seems great, one small adjustment to my order was needed and the team jumped into action straight away to correct this for me. If you are worried to order from here then don't be! Would recommend 100%.

I've been so impressed with the customer service from Olora. I needed help tracking my delivery and then once it arrived realised I needed a larger size and the support team have been absolutely fantastic. They have replied quickly, been friendly and helpful, and have gone above and beyond. I already knew the underwear was great, comfortable with no vpl, but the customer service has made it even better.

The fit is amazing and the customer service is the best I have ever received. They answered questions immediately and were very responsive. The underwear is great for under dresses too, it is flattering, smooth and stays put

Overall this is a good product provided by a lovely team!

Very comfortable and seam-free (great under gym leggings), though just be mindful of gusset width as I personally found it quite narrow for my body type, so the material moves around a little sometimes.

I’m still figuring out the best way to wash them to maintain their sturdy shape (I’d maybe advise hand wash I think), but most of the time I’m able to get everything into place and go about my day without concern.

Absolutely amazing the best workout underwear I’ve tried and believe me I’ve tried a lot ! Such a good company , fantastic quality and so comfortable highly recommend true to size too have both colours the nude and black and the quality is supreme !
