Really quick dispatch and helpful on phone
Really quick dispatch and arrived quickly. I was slightly unsure of the size so I spoke to someone who spent a decent amount of time on the phone with me making sure it was the right fit which was great!
We often buy froddo shoes and love the barefoot range - but no where near by stocks them so its often a guessing game as to whether the shoes are the right ones so was brilliant to have a discussion! Thanks!

best service i experienced in long…
best service i experienced in long time. i had accidentally ordered a wrong size and because i wasnt sure which one to choose i called them but no one picked up. In no time i received call back from the owner who was so helpful and literally sorted out everything for me. I work in customer service myself so i really like good customer service but this was above and beyond
