How can we communicate with Olkypay about our situation? There is no phone number, social media web pages don't answer.

Lack of basic professionalism and customer service
Like many other customers, we have experienced Olkypay's lack of professionalism and customer service. They are truly horrendous! Our investor who we thankfully, still, have a great relationship with deposited a significant amount of funds which we are aiming to use to build our process plants. We have been open and willing to cooperate, providing Olkypay with all relevant documents, but they have chosen to block the funds and refused to communicate (it's been well over 4 weeks now and we are becoming suspicious). They are a hindrance and nuisance and stifling our innovation. If you are an SME with any ambition do not bother opening an account with them!

Improve your customer service, answer your clients
I tried to open bank accout, but cancelled application, which required 2500 euro paid into account. I received money back 3 weeks later.
The problem here is not replying to customer service tickets, if someone would just write: "it can take up to 30 days to close the account and transfer money back" that would be enought for me.

We're a financial broker and had a great experience with Olky so far. Onboarding was thorough, but always very clear and efficient. The team always reacts quickly to our inquiries. Their API is very good and the new SEPA Instant support is very appreciated by our customers!

Awful experience&money stolen
I can say there are a lot of bad companies with awful customer service in the world, but olky I can say its number 1.
After they told me to send 2000 euro to open the account, which I did.. Almost never heard of them anymore.
They sent me 3 emails asking the same documents. After each email sent, they replied on my email asking the documents already attached. I've attached them again, they've asked them again and so on.. And in the end they said they are fine. After this email, they said they will approve my account in 3-4 days. More than 3 weeks passed, dozen of email sent by me and nothing, absolutely nothing from their part. No answer. No account. Nothing.
Now I just want my money back, those 2000 euros which you have to pay to open the account. I can't work with a company like that. Company.. It not the right word for them.
But of course, they don't give me back those 2000 euros that I've deposited.
I saw also some good reviews and I really don't understand, maybe just paid reviews.
Olky, give me my money back.
And I really but really don't recommend this "company". Only if you want to donate 2000 euros to some company that they don't even have a phone number to call them.
Bleah.. Awful experience.
Later Edit: As a response to your reply, my situation was not unblocked. you took 650 euro from my money for your services. Which services??? Until now i dont have acces to TPE for which i applied. I'm writing you everyday messages and i don't get any reply. I think i have more than 25-30 emails sent to you with no reply. The only reply i get it's your 'facture of services' for 650 euros. That the only response from you.
Worst customer service ever. Never saw something like that.
