Scammers, do not buy. Sent countless emails and no reply.Wish I had checked reviews before ordering.

I ordered the Turbo Fit Pro 200 on the 4 th Dec. I have not received it and it's now the 30 th Decenber.
I am very annoyed with Facebook for allowing Scammers to take our money. I have sent emails to them and no response .
Don't waste your money it's not worth it.
I got it on the Black Friday special offer for £34.99
I am going to my Bank now to get them to take Action

Same as all the other reviews on here, ordered 4/12/24 got a tracking number then after about 3 weeks says it’s been delivered, not to me he hadn’t, when I looked into it further my tracking details were linked to an item with someone else’s name and address 3 hrs from me, no response from several emails!!! BIG SCAM

Ordered and payed on the 6th of December. Still haven't received anything and get ignored everytime I email.

It’s scam company.they cheat me paid 39.99 $ but never received product.fake support email

My friend and I both ordered a vibration plate on 11/28/24 after seeing the ad on Facebook. Hers said delivered 2 weeks ago to some place in California (we live in Iowa......) and mine says it was delivered 12/21/24 which is obviously some BS. Thankfully PayPal has issued me a refund but she's still working on fighting her refund. Stay far far away from this scam!!!!!

I am yet to receive my order. Yet it is showing delivered, all attempt to contact the seller has proved abortive. Disappointed

Contacted the company many times and again no reply. Will report and get refund from credit card company

Ordered the turbofit pro 1st Dec '24. Got an email to say 3-5 days delivery with a tracking number. This number is not recognised. The contact email bounced back. There is no recognised phone number! Nothing delivered and no option of contacting them or getting any money back. I'm now taking it to my bank for a full investigation into a fraudulent company! I suggest everyone does the same with their banks! Hate being scammed! Facebook should be ashamed of themselves for letting them advertise! But we have a better chance of living on Mars than getting any answers from FB!

Total scam, do not purchase anything ordered the vibration plate and now I'm £40 down with nothing to show for it, "contact" info is bogus.

SCAMMING THIEVES
Like many others, I purchased the TurboFit Pro 200 back in November taking advantage of the Black Friday deal and thinking it was from a reputable Spanish company as the advertising would have you believe.
Quick to take your money and promising a 3 to 5 day delivery until you find out it's being shipped from China. Tracking information came through an equally dubious company called 17Track with a similar 1 star Trustpilot review. I waited over two weeks with still no delivery before emailing them and being asked to wait a few days more. Further emails went unanswered.
Tracking information was equally shite which showed my parcel dispatched from China then doing a yo-yo tour of the UK. Imagine my surprise when I'm hanging decorations on the front of the house and I get a notification saying its been delivered!
Like hell it has!
Christmas has come and gone and I've given up any hope of my purchase arriving. Obviously the advertising was made to deceive, no customer service to speak of and the tracking information was clearly false.
Absolute fraudulent scammers and you would do well to avoid this company.

Me too. Facebook ad. Email receipt and tracking number which were all useless. Delivery confirmed supposedly by Evri but not an Evri tracking number. Checking on FB this has happened to several people. Contact details do not work. Why doesn’t Facebook check these things? Must learn to review companies myself! I have ordered successfully from FB ads before. I will try to get refund from my credit card provider.

My product didn't arrive. For over a month now, I Kept on emailing the customer service but NO response.

I wonder How can I take an action of such frud scam activity?

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Like all the other reviews I ordered a turbo fit vibration plate on the 5th of November. I was given tracking through an email and the shop app. It updated a few days later to say it was sat in the ‘country of destination’, it stayed like this for 23 days. Emails sent to the company with a reply stating they are very busy and to be patient. After another week a emailed again, no response but the shop app told me that the order had been delivered. This website is a scam!! I’ve sent several emails demanding my money back but I haven’t heard anything.

Total Chinese scam. Shame on Instagram for paying dumb American "influencers" to advertising this GARBAGE. Report fraud to your credit card company ASAP because you will never get this product and I'm sure it's cheap trash anyway.

Olivia passion are nothing but scamming scum bags and something should be done about this company ,they are nothing but modern day highway men they have scammed so many people and nothing seems to be done about it ,I still have not had any response to all my e mails I’ve sent them ,how do they sleep at night , I think very soundly with all the money they have ripped off from innocent people 🤬🤬🤬

Same as everyone else! Ordered, paid express, nothing. They replied to first few emails, then nothing. Also reported to Shop, as it's their app that facilitates the payments (which is why I went ahead with the purchase!). They don't do anything much except send you help articles, so I opened a chargeback with my bank and got my money back. They are scammers so please avoid.
