Absolute scam, and why are Shoppay involved with this company??
Ordered the Turbofit pro and today over a month later I received a cheap braclet 100% nothing close to what i ordered and paid for. Why has this company not been removed from operating. It's disgusting that they are scamming people continously.

Terrible service no one answer the phone as phone not in service been emailing them for a week now still no response. Useless don’t buy of them they are scammers and fraudulent

Absolute scam! I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. I too ordered the turbo fit back in November. Delivery says it was delivered to my front door. The picture they provided is not my front door nor does it belong to a house in my neighborhood. Like everyone else now this company is not responding to emails.

I ordered a TurboFit Pro on November 29. Their tacker shows that the item has been delivered on the 9th of December. I have sent emails to their support email and yet to receive a reply. Don't do business with this trader. It's a scam

Definitely a scam. Ordered a TurboFit Pro on the 23rd November and tracking said delivered in Ireland. I contacted the email provided and someone called Jorge said to be patient and give it another 7 days. After numerous emails, still no product has been received. Now dealing with bank to dispute this.

Like everyone else I was scammed too. Pretended that they attempted delivery, but that wasn't true and they do not reply to any emails. TOTAL SCAM

I think I must have been scammed waiting over a month for my order still no delivery and can’t get any sense out of them so I think I’ll put this down to a proper scam 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢🫣

Unfortunately think this is in fact a scam came out in Black Friday sales - no shipping information other than saying it’s delivered unfortunately (it’s not been) contacted the courier who apparently collected from derby they are saying that the information is incorrect and they haven’t processed it. Have contacted the seller but I haven’t received any communications since they took my money

What a scam, they sent me a fake delivery details to someone in Wales. I have been well and truly scammed I sent an email and someone called Jorge assured me it was on its way. My next email was returned. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. IF I could give -10 review I would.

This site is a Scam. Ordered and paid for product that was never sent. Emailed numerous times when I eventually found an email address that didn't bounce back to be told to be patient. Still nothing received and ordered on 28th Nov 24.

Total scam can't believe i fell for it during black Friday weeks sales. You can ask your bank to do a charge back to your card after 30 days and you have still not received the item.

Do not buy from this company it’s a scam. I ordered the vibration plate they showed me it was on its way now they’re saying it’s been delivered to my back door which I don’t have a back door and now they’re not answering any emails or calls please avoid.

If I could give zero * I would....this is all a scam, complete con artists! Read reviews on online, unfortunately after I ordered and everyone is saying the same, no tracking information...I have asked numerous times for this as I ordered nearly a month ago and all I get is some foreigner saying it will be delivered in 5 days ....yes they were right, I had a crap, cheap bracelet delivered...no idea where it came from and after reading reviews this has happened to others too. This is in the hands of my bank now. BEWARE do not order from here it's a scam!!!!

It's a scam. Placed an order got a tracking number only to find out that it is completely useless. Have tried contacting the company twice but am being ignored.

I never received the item. Even said this has delivered!!
Unable to contact! No reply via email! Said shipping from Madrid. They even gave me tracking number and order number via email.
Checked Payment details with my Bank and payment went to Hong Kong!!!

It’s a scam! I thought the prices were to good to true but for some stupid reason trusted the fake reviews on Facebook 🤦‍♀️
They send fake delivery details, do not reply via email or the message system on their website. Stay clear of this company

I purchased the turbo fit since the 11/28/24 and till date I am yet to receive my item. I am sensing they are scam. I have sent an email to the support email and I am awaiting there feedback.

Ordered the pro fit board, 1st December, no order confirmation, emailed customer service no response, have now removed the item off their website.I am now trying to claim my money back via the bank

BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM SITE!!! I ordered two items off their site. Got a tracking number within less than 30 minutes. And I’ve been waiting since I ordered and still have not received my order. I contacted the company and they said wait five more days. And it’s been five more days and still Nothing.
