I purchased a maxi gown and the sizing and fit were significantly off - the top was extremely oversized and the length was far shorter than advertised as “maxi.” For reference, I am 5'2. The return policy says that I need to cover shipping charges back to their warehouse in Asia, which I don't think is fair given that this is a clear issue with the product’s design and description. 0/10 would not recommend.
Item received was nothing like the item pictured on website - material, style, quality were all poor. Working with customer service is a nightmare. They will scam you. They will offer you 20% of value to not return it. Then they will say fine you can return it but you must pay to return ship starting at $35 and you must pay customs and any other fees. You also have to send it to a wharehouse in China and you will not receive your refund until they receive the item. What a scam! Do NOT buy from them - heed the warning!
Poor quality, not true to size, slow shipping, returns are self-paid shipping to Asia or a discount on your next (poor quality) purchase.
Product was misrepresented on site. Very cheaply made. Runs small. Not at all as depicted. Site stated that refunds given within 30 days. Was getting the run around. They have now stated 2 options. 1. Ship back to China insured with payed customs and tracking or 2. They will refund 20% of the price.
