I ordered a custom sized Hellebore dress late last year. From ordering until delivery took around 2 months. I did not need any alterations which was great! ✨️ My customer service rep (Anastasia) was very helpful and communicative. I have zero problems and I felt amazing on my wedding day. I would highly recommend! 🌸✨️❤️

The dress was exactly what I was expecting and fit me perfectly. I didn't get custom sizing just to use the sizing chart and my measurements and I was ecstatic when everything turned out perfect. I was super nervous buying online without being able to try it on but I got really lucky.

I had a great experience with this dress. It was perfect for a Spring Vegas Wedding. I ordered a size 20 and then lost a little weight therefore I had it altered. The shoulders were taken up an inch and she tacked the bust line as I did not want as much cleavage showing. The lace on the sleeves was a bit itchy so Anastasia has some tulle sent to me so I could have it sew into the arms by my seamstress. I ended up not doing that but I felt the effort to resolve the issue was sufficient. I got used to the sleeve and felt comfortable in the dress for the duration of the wedding and the after festivities.

This was truly the wedding dress of my dreams. It was made and tailored perfectly for me, and from the moment I first tried it on, I fell in love with it. I felt incredibly beautiful wearing it on my wedding day.

My dress is custom fitted and fantastic and the customer support was wonderful help. They are very clear with measurements they need for an exact fot on your dress. The quality of the dress and fabric is top notch and the finishes are elegant and perfect. I bought my dress in March of 2024 and they let me wait over 6 months before I sent in my measurements so that I was closer to the wedding before I got it made. I love everything about it! Best Dress Ever! I was able to get the best of both worlds when I purchased this dress for my reception. When we were announced as Mr. and Mrs. French, I came out wearing my new cute flirty dress, and there were gasps, exclamations of, "oh my gosh!", and screams of excitement! I loved every moment spent in it and wish I could find a million occasions to wear it again. Thank you! The quality is perfection; it is strong, durable, full, and fit like a glove. I had it altered to be a bit longer for dancing without worrying about it being too short. Perfect!

The best customer service I have ever received from a company was from Olivia Bottega. I had to switch my original dress, and the team at OB helped me decide on my perfect replacement. They worked with me to find something available in my size, last minute (not because of anything on their end, I just waited too long to buy a dress!), that they could ship to me for my wedding. They answered my emails promptly and gave me tons of dress recommendations and personal opinions until I found the perfect dress for me!

I ordered a dress which said it would be ready in 8 weeks and paid extra for a rush order to get it in 6 weeks. I checked in a few weeks later to make sure it would still make it in time and they assured me it would. Then they emailed me the day the dress was supposed to be delivered a week before my wedding to tell me they didn't have the right fabric so the dress wouldn't arrive. I was refunded the price of the dress, but not the extra rush order fee.

The gowns I ordered didn’t arrive. I received a request to review my purchases so I responded that they hadn’t arrived. Meanwhile I had been emailing regularly asking for a status as I could see the order wasn’t going to arrive. No phone number to call. They responded finally and shipped two new dresses but those arrived late. While the quality of the dresses was good, customer service was not.

When the ad for Olivia Bottega popped up, I felt like the brides' dresses were meant for me. I also thought a lot of the designs were fairly matched on the price points. As soon as I saw the Alraune dress, I knew I found my dress. The guide for sending measurements was easy and simple to follow. It was a total of 12 weeks before I was able to try on my dress. I was so excited and happy when it arrived! I carefully opened the box and started to examine every inch of the dress.

To my dismay, the skirt edges were torn throughout the bottom. I was in utter shock that my brand-new dress was already torn straight out the box! I immediately documented through pictures and sent my OB representative an email. I had to once again wait and had to send my dress to a bridal alteration and have the skirt repaired. When the OB representative replied, she mentioned this was an oversight and that the fabric was delicate and unforgiving. It was not an oversight; it was neglect on making sure a brand-new product is show room ready. Also, whoever worked on the dress clearly needs more training and micromanagement from a more experienced seamstress. Most of the dresses OB offers are delicate fabrics. It was really distressing because there is absolutely no reason why the dress was shipped at all in that condition.
In the end OB paid for my alteration bill. It was an unnecessary additional stress I had to endure during an already stressful time, prior to the wedding and finalizing details.

I truly hope OB has raised the bar for more checkpoints in the dress making process. So that a future bride can be excited and happy about their dress, and not disappointed and discouraged.
