I ordered a custom tuxedo for my wedding through Oliver Wicks. The measurement process was easy and the sample fabrics I ordered were a boon to my comfort with ordering something without getting to see a finished product first. When my suit arrived there were a few issues with it, but the customer service team was quick to address my concerns and even went to far as to remake the jacket on a rush and shipped it to me in time for my wedding. I would definitely recommend them and will be purchasing more suits in the future!

This is my first MTM suit I’ve ever purchased. The quality of this suit is unbelievable. I had purchased a sports coat previously from another MTM company and Oliver Wicks quality isn’t even comparable. I’ve not even worn the sports coat and have no intention of doing so. I wish I had went to OW to begin with. The fabric on my OW suit is incredible and the ordering process was very easy. My jacket arrived with no alterations needed. I made a couple of very minor alterations to the pants and now the suit is perfect. The tailor even complimented the suit and stated that he will be recommending OW to his customers who are in the market for a new suit. I plan on ordering another suit and blazer shortly and am looking forward to having those in my wardrobe. The customer service at OW needs to be praised as well. They are quick and helpful in responding to every inquiry. You can’t go wrong with purchasing from Oliver Wicks.

I have bought two suits from Oliver Wicks and both time the experience was absolutely great. The first suit needed a couple of minor alterations, which I had done locally and OW paid for them in full. After that, my measurement changes were recorded and the next suit fit perfectly. The customer service is so good, you won't believe it. I chose the dark grey and navy-blue Pick and Pick VBC S110 wool. The fabrics are so rich looking and feel great. These are the best suits I have ever owned. You should give OW a try, I believe you will enjoy the process and love the suit.

I don't wear dress clothes frequently and have worn ill-fitting suits throughout my life as a result. I Have been attending more formal banquets and things lately that require looking nice so I decided to get a GOOD suit.

When I started looking at options, I knew the traditional department store route was not going to work. My experience with the fabrics and fit just did not work for me and my body shape. I was fascinated by the made to measure options and took a journey down that rabbit hole. I'm glad I did.

What I found was that there are a few companies that put a lot of marketing dollars into giving out freebies in exchange for positive reviews. When I looked on forums for real world experiences I found that many authentic reviews (where folks paid for their suits) didn't match the Youtube hype videos for several of the popular brands. The one company that was highly regarded and did not seem to be playing games with buying reviews was Oliver Wicks. Many reviews mentioned their outstanding customer service and their willingness to do what it took to get a good final result.

With all of this in mind I ordered my first suit from Oliver Wicks and was immediately contacted by an employee named Coralis. She clarified some measurements and worked with the design team to get something that would work with my measurements and the photos I uploaded. After some back and forth my suit went into production.

About a month after my purchase, my package arrived from Portugal and the suit was absolutely beautiful. I was used to walking through stores at the mall and touching the fabric of cheap suits, and this was a whole different level. I put it on and found the pants to be almost perfect but was sad that the jacket was a little large for my taste. My goal was to get something that fit me well and emphasized the taper from my shoulders to my waist. I uploaded some photos of me in the jacket and Coralis immediately went to work fixing some measurements in the computer. She sent me her adjustment suggestions for a remake of the jacket and I trusted her expertise. They got to work on the replacement jacket and production time was similar to the first jacket.

When the second jacket arrived it was so much better. I knew I wanted to have the waist brought in a tiny bit more but that was the only change it needed in my opinion. When I took it to the tailor they also recommended a couple of tweaks to the pants which I went ahead and did. The final product when I picked this suit up from the tailor was mind blowing.

In the end this process took a couple of months but it was totally worth it. Coralis and her team were absolutely amazing and communicated very well for being halfway around the world. I will definitely be buying more from them and will probably get two pairs of pants for each jacket from here on out (they offer this at checkout and it is a great idea).

I tend to be inspired to review products and services that I find exceptionally bad or exceptionally good. I'm excited to report that is is a case of the latter. My customer experience at Oliver Wicks surpasses what I experienced shopping in person at other stores both in product and in service.
First, the suits I received were excellent! I loved choosing every detail and the fit was (eventually) perfect -- better than anything I could find in the dozens of stores I shopped.
Second, the service was outstanding. I ordered 2 suits and when the first one came, it was nearly perfect, except it was a bit too long. Oliver Wicks includes standard an alterations credit for all products, so I was able to get this fixed with no additional cost incurred to me. I also let them know what adjustments were made and when I received the second suit, it fit perfectly right out of the box. The service rep that I worked with was very responsive with questions about this process and making sure the fit was exactly how I wanted it.
My overall experience here was 10/10 and I will be a returning customer.

I've gotten several suits from Oliver Wicks thus far and the experience has been fantastic. My first suit required minor alterations, that were covered by OW. I informed the OW team what alterations the local tailor made and subsequent suits have fit as a truly bespoke garment would.

My most recent suit, a blue chalk striped, wool, flannel in a single-breasted, two-button version looked and felt so good, that I was compelled to order it in grey also!

For people looking to purchase this suit, it has more of a wine color (purple tones) than burgundy (red tones). In fact, it appears purple from a distance in certain shades of light and color combinations. Also, I had an excellent experience with the customer service department. The first suit sent was 2 inches too short in the sleeve and pants lengths. However, I talked with my contact person, Mimi, who sent out a second suit, and the fit was perfect. I look forward to ordering another suit from Oliver Wicks.
