My order was delivered to the wrong address by dpd. I used your chat box on website. Kate tried to help - I phoned and walked round to address where order delivered but parcel not found. I did my but to help locate parcel. I was refunded the money as item had sold out. Rather disappointed by experience

Products were the wrong colour.
Both sets of shoes ordered online were the wrong colour. Basic stuff. The team were quick to apologise and swap them, but that still required me to come into the store, a major inconvenience over the holidays. The shoes themselves are great.

Very happy long term customer
I have been buying Oliver Spencer clothes for years, online and in store. Of the two I prefer the in store experience mainly because the staff are so friendly and helpful. That being said I have never returned any item I bought online. Keep up the good work.
