Outstanding customer service and high quality products.
We find the products are of high quality, durable and the built in modularity of the baby beds mean we'll keep them over a long period of time.
We were missing a small piece (we may have lost it, i'm not sure) and the customer service were very helpful to put us in contact with their distributors, and then they shipped out the missing spare part.
I bought a very nice kitchen cart was beautiful had it up and about a week ago the top wood on the cart cracked 11/2 way across. I called wayfair where I purchased it and they said they couldn’t do anything as it had been 33 days, warranty 30 days. Well I did t know it was goi g to crack. Very disappointed. Why can this not be fixed? 11/30/2023.

Bought my wardrobe 3 months ago and it still smells of strong toxic chemicals. I asked the manufacturer to confirm whether it contained formaldehyde and they confirmed it did, apparently at “safe” levels. We’ve tried airing the room out and lots of natural remedies but we cannot get rid of the strong toxic chemical smell. I do not feel safe letting my young child sleep in the same room as this furniture.
We ordered a boucle chair and had it delivered 9/24. Jimmy and Quan were very professional and made the delivery process very easy. Not only is the chair very comfortable but we really appreciate Jimmy and Quran’s help in setting up this delivery. Many thanks!

Have bought a nursery dresser recently and it smells so strong and irritating. I have used a dehumidifier and a fan to ventilate the smell but sounds it helps only a little. I'm wondering what the smells are from, hope it's not from the chemicals of the furniture.
The customer service was very friendly. Scheduling was a bit of a headache and they were aware of the problems and said they are working on it, so hopefully if you order you won’t have as much as an issue as I did! The sectional I got is beautiful and very comfy… but it smells horrible?? Almost like a fishy odor and making my entire living room smell.. did anyone else have this issue and if so did it go away??? Really don’t won’t to have to order a shampooing service on a brand new couch that cost 2 grand but it’s definitely pungent.
