Phoned the guy to sort out shower tray for old thetford c200, sorted it at a great price and to my amazement arrived next day. Brilliant service!!!!!

Ordered a motorhome skylight around 11am, very good communication via email, it arrived 11.30 the following day 24hrs after ordering 👏👏👏👏👏 that is what I call a 1st class retail company, skylight was 700 x 500 in size and was super wrapped aswell, totally recommend this company

Surprised to see the overall rating is only 3 stars. I certainly give them 5 stars without hesitation. Customer service is excellent. I was unsure which product to buy and asked advice. I bought an item on their recommendation and it works great. Prices are reasonable and realistic. Order processed same day I ordered and dispatched next day by DPD who delivered next day. What more could you want.

After purchasing a teardrop door from O`LEARY MOTORHOMES by telephone.
I felt it necessary to write a review, as the experience was second to none, the helpful, clear and postage cost included delivery was great.
Something that many other company are lacking !

Contacted O'Learys first thing on a Monday morning to enquire about a Fiamma caravan awning in a bag they were advertising as slight seconds. Russell answered the phone & I asked if he could tell me what the issue was with the awning to warrant it being classed as a slight second. I was then informed he would need to check the actual awning & it would take a few days for him to find out & then let me know as Mondays were their busiest day. He was quite unhelpful really & his telephone manner was terrible. He said he would let me know once he had chance to find out then hung up.
I then had to ring back to provide my contact details as he didn't take them before hanging up.
I heard nothing the next day & therefore emailed them with the same request & eventually got a short reply saying that the awning had a split in the cloth (this seems like more than a slight second to me).
I replied to the email & enquired about the smaller size they were advertising but have never received a reply.
I understand it may be a case of stock stored off site, etc but his total attitude was rude & indifferent.
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement as we were all ready to buy & drive there from the North East to collect.
Really poor customer service & I'm at a loss to know why Russell was like he was.

Purchased 2 spotlights for camper but they were faulty, contacted company for a refund but had no reply.

I had a problem with the rear view camera on my 06 Motorhome they had one in stock posted it out to me. Absolutely one of the best companies I’ve dealt with. I will always go here first for any other issues I have. 10/10

what a refreshing experience.
i have been searching for a 12v step and several company's promised they had in stock only to find COVID s fault due after jan. went to O Leary Motor Homes received within 3 days. what a slick service.

I would highly recommend O'Leary Motorhomes. I found the staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable when purchasing accessories for my VW Campervan.
In fact nothing was too much trouble for them.
I purchased a VW Campervan internal ladder. The quality of the item was superb. The item is very similar to the California Bunk Ladder but fits superbly in my Campervan. I was delighted with my purchase.

What a n absolutely fantastic company. I ordered an enamel sink for our boat. However it was chipped and they couldn't get me a colour match for us to paint over it... So today i had a brand new one delivered. I couldn't recommend them any more, they are great.
