Prima e ultima esperienza, ordine mai ricevuto, servizio clienti inesistente, provato a contattarli via mail e social, anche se leggono non rispondono e quando dopo giorni e giorni di tentativi, se sei fortunato a ricevere una risposta, la scortesia e il disinteresse nel fornire una soluzione sono imbarazzanti.
Non accettano PayPal, quindi una volta pagato il rischio e davvero alto, errore mio che non avevo visto le svariate recensioni negative sull’app “shop” dove la gente lamenta gli stessi miei problemi e altri.
