My package arrived super-fast, as usual. Great email tracking updates kept me informed and up-to-date for most of the short duration between ordering and getting my package. And speaking of packing, it was packed and secured as good as any place I buy from, solid as a rock. I've bought quite a few hauls from Oldies.com over the past 2-3 years and the experience has always been top shelf, which is why I keep coming back for more!

It took a few weeks to ship one of the CDs. no email telling me why it took so long. I.E. not in stock, etc. Also shipping charges are much too high.

I ordered 8 CDs on 6/2/25. I wrote in my ledger I should receive them by 6/20/25, but I did not. Their website continued to say the order was “in process”. On 6/27 I called a csr. He said they have all but one CD, which has to be imported. He said they should receive it in a few days, and that I would get an email when they were sent to me. This is 7/10, the site still says “ in process”, I’ve received no info from them, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and received a full instant credit.

I heard about this place on Reddit and saw they had some movies I'd been hunting for at good prices and figured I'd give them a try, even though I'd never heard of them before. Today I received a package from them - I was charged for everything I ordered, but they only sent me half of the movies, despite the order showing complete on the website. Not really sure what to do, but I sure am disappointed.

I'm updating this - They apparently didn't have the items I ordered, but took my order anyway, back ordered the items without telling me. Then waited a month, refunded me and also didn't tell me that either. The only way I found out any of this was emailing support two months after not getting my items. Communication is apparently not something this company believes in. I'll never place an order with them again.

These are guys are scammers! They shipped out my package with no street address, it was returned, and now they are holding my package hostage for over $80 unless I pay more shipping costs to be re-shipped. I would never order from this company. It's been a month and I got no refund or product! and part of MVD Rewind. They treat customers like crap and when they make a mistake they blame you. They are thieves!

I have purchased Films from Oldies for years. The films are always top notch on quality and price. The shipping is also always excellent. I am a very satisfied Oldies customer

They have sent my purchase's quickly and safely. I'm an absolute nut about Oldies, they have many of my old favorites that I've been able to own myself, to watch or listen to when ever I want.

I don't know what happened to this company. Did they change owners?
They used to fulfill orders quickly, but now it can take weeks for your order to ship, causing significant inconvenience. And when you finally receive the order, items are always missing. They charge you for these items anyway. No refund is issued for 30 days now,
I have ordered the same item they claim is in stock seven times, and each time, they fail to send it.
I've been a customer for many years, but I've seen a big change in service in the last year—not for the better.

they have a lot of movies, some are pricy but their sales are great. I must admit I buy a lot of movies from them. Never had one that would not work so even the made upon request are good to watch.
