Wonderful experience working with Old Brick. They made our shopping a breeze from choosing a chair, fabric and ease of payment to their wonderful delivery people a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The sales process and furniture quality are great. The delivery was not. The delivery staff left zipties and other debris all over our living room where our infant plays. We had to clean up after them. The furniture was also damaged, but Old Brick customer service did a great job of getting someone out quickly to address it.

My wife and myself went to Old Brick Furniture. The store had a good
selection and we found what we wanted at a lesser price than the
previous store. The sales person we had was excellent,no pressure
at all. We were told where to look for what we wanted and to take our
time. We would reccomend Old Brick Furniture 100%.Sales and delivery
was excellent.

No pressure sales, when needed they were there to answer questions, once I decided order was written up and I could pick up the item next day, picking up item was a breeze, I'm going to say that whole process took less than an hour.

I tried to think of any short comings with my living room furniture purchase, but I came up blank. This is a good thing. The salesman was just helpful enough. He answered our questions, pointed us in the right direction, and turned us loose to look. He remained close enough to help if we needed it, but didn't stalk us.
The checkout was quick and painless. Our delivery options were explained to us, then arranged without issue. I chose to pick the items up myself. At the prearranged time the furniture was loaded for me and assistance given with securing the load. Overall, a good experience.

Old brick is a great store. I really enjoyed being able to browse without a sales person constantly standing next to me. The staff members were always available if you needed them, but they were never pushy. I would definitely recommend shopping for furniture here.

I was given ample time and space to make my selection. A question was promptly and patiently answered. My new bed was delivered exactly when I was told it would The back ordered headboard arrived with holes that would not fit a metal frame. Old Brick promised a quick repair and sent their carpenter within the hour. He attached the headboard and cleaned up the sawdust. I am very pleased and will shop Old Brick again.

So glad we went Old Brick for our mattress. John our salesman is the best so attentive so knowledgeable and so patient!

It definitely showed the areas,the pressure points and recommendations for mattresses. We went with Stearns and foster luxury plush with the selaly ease adjustable frame.its been 2 weeks with new mattress. And so far it's a fit. His back , my hips. No pain no more tossing and turning finally a restful sleep

I enjoyed shopping for my new recliner. There were many chairs to choose from, and I was able to check them out myself, without pressure from a sales person. The sales person that I did approach when I picked my chair was very polite and helpful. Delivery was made as expected, and all went smoothly. I am very comfortable when I sit in my new purchase.

The prices were great but my "solid wood" furniture already has chips in it - it seems that the color of the wood was not true stained wood, but rather it is paint *paint that peeled off in one area. there are 3 areas on my master bed that have chipped/scratched and a scratch on my guest bed. I have had these products for just over a month and we use the furniture only on weekends because it is at our summer home. I'm very disappointed with the quality. We did not purchase the "protection plan" that my saleswoman was trying to pitch to us - probably a good idea. Cheap prices unfortunately equate to cheap quality

I recently bought a powered recliner from Old Brick. From the sales lady to the delivery men, I couldn't ask for better service.

I am very happy with my purchase from Old Brick. I found the quality of their furniture to be excellent and their prices lower than their competitors. I also enjoyed the fact that they let you wander around looking with out pressure to buy.

Salesperson was helpful but not pushy. Delivery persons were quick, on time, pleasant & efficient.

I love my new lift-chair but, I didn't realize how small it was.

I am giving 3 stars only bc of the delivery guys were a bit... Rushed and non personable. The store staff were great.

My experience with Old Brick was great.,but the quality of the furniture I received was not. Old Brick quickly contacted the manufacturer for a solution to the problem of flaws in the fabric. The manufacturer will be sending replacement fabric and Old Brick's staff will reupholster that section of the couch. Not sure what the results will be and certainly don't understand waiting a month to obtain some yardage of fabric.
