I'm 53 and just got back into skating…
I'm 53 and just got back into skating park a year or so ago. My knees are actually pretty good still but once I tried these on, I'll never skate without them again. They make my knees feel really tight and firm if that makes sense plus they help keep my pads up on knee slides and add an extra layer of padding to dampen impact. It's an extra step to putting on your pads but totally worth it. I won't ride without them now.
