Don't order from here. I made a purchase and was scammed. Ordered back in March, and now it's November and I haven't heard or received anything.
I requested a refund back in April, and they never complied with my request.
Now the websites are down, so I assume they shut down their business due to all the fraud reports.

2 months and i still not receive my order.

Ordered corduroy shirt, was at least one size too small. Old Monaco say keep the shirt and if you pay £7.99 we'll send you larger size. 4 weeks later not received. Weak excuse after complaint saying it's at the courier. 2 weeks later no shirt and they will not answer emails now.

Wish I could rate this company a zero, as this online buying experience has been an exercise in delay, lame excuses, insufficient responses and I could add, outright fraud. Happily took my credit card but never received the merchandise I ordered in good faith. My advice? Stick with known retailers like LL Bean or if you must, Amazon, as they actually respond to complaints with speed and efficiency. My advice? Old Monaco is a fraud. Do not buy from them.

Website says it has a 14 day return policy, but it fails to mention you have to send the items to Turkey. The shipping cost was about equal to the cost of the item. They offered a partial discount so I agreed. This company does not have a return policy as I would not have purchased anything I would have to return to Turkey. The website should indicate where the items have to be returned.

Ordered an XL corduroy shirt. Fits more like a medium. According to the shipping notification, it was originally shipped from China. No return instructions or shipping package was included anyway. While the material is thin, I would have been okay with the shirt had it fit properly.

Fake company as it looks. Placed and paid for an order last Sunday and never heard from this company. Neither order confirmation nor delivery nor replies to emails

This website is a con. The worst quality and customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered 2 fleece vests and they sent me damaged, ripped items with all labels missing/cut off. The website states that if you receive damaged items, they will make it right. That was a complete lie. They want me to pay to send these garbage items back to Turkey. Do not buy anything from this site.

The products are cheap, badly made with very low quality materials. DO NOT BUY.

It will cost you a fortune to return to Canada. All.images and pricing on the website are a CON. Any positive reviews have to be AI generated fakes.

I stupidly bought two items from "Old Monaco" without the due diligence I should have applied. One is a "Ritz Corduroy Cotton Shirt Jacket", the other a "Monte Corduroy Cotton Shirt". Although both are supposedly sized 2XL I struggle to get into them, though this size was specified to give myself lots of room and to ensure they fitted even if the manufacturer's sizes are less than generous. The Shirt Jacket has no side pockets or inside pocket, only external breast pockets. I can squeeze into them, and can't be bothered sending them back, but I am singularly unimpressed with the brand and advise others to avoid it like the plague!

I ordered something and wanted to return it. Their website says easy returns. I sent email after email. No response. I should have read these reviews before I purchased. Stay away is my advice.

Very poor product but expensive prices. Definitely a scam - do not get tricked by the high quality photos that run on their ads. The products themselves are nothing like the images; bad sewing, no lining, no labels, no details for return. Amazon do the same products for 1/6th of the price

Absolute garbage. Thinnest material I’ve ever seen on a shirt, no material tag, or care tag, terrible sewing job. And to top it off, 3 weeks to over a month shipping time, and be prepared to wait a week in between responses. If you’re lucky enough to get one. Sizes run exceptionally small. To be fair, they did send out free replacements with a larger size. I’ll probably donate these to Salvation Army, or other charity. Honestly, save your money.

Absolutely pathetic stuff and cheapest material ever seen. Even TEMU is far better than OLD MONACO with quality and price. I would have gotten same items from TEMU for like £20 instead paint for £500

Its a scam. If they send stuff, its off poor quality and size is random. One was large the other was too sizes too tight. They make you ship refunds internationally at greater thatn 50% of cost of goods so that you avoid refunding.

They sent the wrong item and nobody replies to give me the right one, even after reaching out several times

Worst experience ever. Their cardigan came without button holes for the buttons and they claim that this is part of the design?! NEVER BUY FROM HERE!!!!

DO NOT BUY HERE. Took a month to get my shirt. The shirt was the wrong size and color. Terrible customer service. Absolutely TERRIBLE quality of fabric and the shirt was poorly made with one of the cuffs being improperly made as it was shorter than the right cuff. There is no material or care label on the shirt. Made of the lowest quality material. Feels like straight polyester as the shirt is itchy and completely full of static.
