I placed an order but my pmt. method didn't go thru. I had answered an email ad so I thought it was just an ad. I had ordered 3 bottles. When the pmt. didn't go I just closed it. Then I realized that at 85 yrs, old, I would not use it anyway. But then I saw it hit my card. I got in touch with them by email. They cancelled my order for me and refunded the money back to my card. I worked for 38 yrs. in accounting but never with a nicer staff to resolve an issue. Olavita's staff is top notch in my book. I currently don't have any of the products but if the staff is any indication, I believe they would be good.

when I first tried to cancel my subscription, the person at that time basically refused to do that because I had gotten some of the products at a lower rate by clicking on subscription. I DID NOT know that I clicked on subscription as I never do because I don't know if I will like the product. When I tried to cancel she would NOT LET ME DO SO. so when I received another solicitation for buying more products I clicked on the chat and stated that I wanted my subscription canceled and no more solicitations. Mark is the person that helped me and did so in a very quick and timely manner and was actually very kind and understanding. and he has now ended my subscription as I had requested over a month ago, as was sent billing after billing. Thank you very much Mark for bringing this to an end for me...

I ordered Olavita products, but I could not use them because I had a severe outbreak of rosacea. I had to use antibiotics, no any other creams or lotions. I returned the items according to the Olavita return policies. I received a refund after three months from the time of ordering. I do appreciate that the Olavita skincare company issued the refund despite the time it took. I believe that the Olavita products are beneficial to many women. It just happenned that it wasn't me since I continue having serious skin problems and I am afraid to start with something new.

I ordered only once and I was not happy with the product.
To my surprise I received 2nd shipment without my order and charged to my credit card and I tried so many times to return and I did no get any help.

The response I received from Olavitaskin was the fastest I've ever received. They responded in less than 2 minutes when I emailed them about needing to cancel my order because the product is causing my perioral dermatitis to worsen, flake and burn. A super fast refund was sent !!! I can't praise the customer service I've received from Olavitaskin.

My original order of 2 bottles arrived, fast followed by another 2 bottles. I was informed I purchased a subscription and was assured it would be paused for 60 days. 30 days later 2 more bottles auto shipped. When I inquired I got an identical form letter offering to pause for 60 days. The other option (also a form letter) charged me for returning the product and a nominal restocking fee. Not sure why I should be inconvenienced for your company’s error. Terrible service. It’s not about the money and everything about principle. I canceled my subscription entirely. What if I’d ordered 4 bottles, would 4 more have come within 30 days? Product is good but I don’t care for high pressure sales tactics. You should have more faith in the quality of your product rather than forcing it on people. Not good Olavita; do better.
Quick update to send kudos to customer service for the final resolution. I received a sincere apology, credit for last shipment, and complimentary product. Thanks for making it right Olavita!
