Rubbish

1 star is 1 too many. Several attempts to book a taxi in Reading recently and the app just hangs while searching for a ride, can actually see cars available, utterly useless company.

Worse cab company ever!

Worse company ever.
Do not use this company as they are cheating on customers.
It's clearly says on the website that new user save up to £25* (*up to 5 vouchers of £5 each, valid for two weeks from sign up date).
I've joined yesterday, and my first trip was today. Unfortunately, I was fully charged, and no discount was applied, despite the note on the app that I have 25% off and up to £5 for 5 first rides.
I contacted customer service, which was useless and repeated like a robot the same phrase multiple times. Later on, I received an email saying: As the matter was highlighted to our concerned team for review, they have checked and confirmed that the signup offer will expire automatically if the coupon code is not get applied for the first ride, as it is only available for the first ride. The next offer will be available once a new payment method is added to your Ola account.
Really? My discount code which I never received expired?! And now your company wants to access my payment cards (I've paid by Apple pay)?!
Honestly, sounds quite dodgy!
Also, my ride should be £14-£17, and I expected £14 or so because it was 11 am and no traffic. The driver couldn't find a hospital and spent extra time looking for it. My question is why customers should pay extra for the driver's mistakes? They already paying by losing their time.

Never again this company! Better Uber or Bolt- they respect their clients and keep promises.
